Federica is a very kind and helpful host! Very clean house with 3 bedrooms (each with a bathroom). Federica left us breakfast items (really good and varied). Located in a very quiet setting and 5 minutes from Pietrasanta and 10 from Forte dei Marmi. Recommended

Very nice house located in a quiet area. There were 12 of us including 5 children and 2 teenagers and everyone enjoyed the beautiful pool and garden. There was a playroom for the kids. Claudio was very available and kind when we had any questions. Thanks to him also for his advice

We were in Sarzana in April. From rain to sun, we had everything. The house has a great garden and a beautiful covered terrace. You are right in nature. When you wake up you can hear beautiful birdsong. There are many dogs in the neighborhood and dogs are welcome everywhere. During our stay, the military had many helicopter exercises in the evening and at night at the nearby military airfield. But since it also rained a lot, we weren't outside every evening. I don't know if this is always the case or not. Alessandro was always easily accessible and had great tips and hints when we had questions. 🙏

Great location with a great view.

Very, very friendly hosts were blown away by the value for money, everything is there, nothing is really missing in this house. The landlady always gave info when something happened in the city. So actually you don't need to take anything with you except a swimsuit, a bike or a scooter to explore the area and that's it. Very impressed by this place! We were very, very, very satisfied with our vacation here! Huge thanks to Annalisa and Sergio until next time and all the best to you !

A really great house in a great area. Everything can be reached by bike and you can just leave the car. The house is a dream. Really very very clean and even towels and linens were changed for a 14-day stay! The landlord welcomed us warmly and was always available! A huge thank you! I can only recommend the house and the landlord so it really makes it fun to use Airbnb!! Thank you !!

We were a traveling party of 10 people who enjoyed the house. A plus was walking distance to a great restaurant. Beautiful view and great pool.

The pictures do not do this location justice! The view from the outdoor table, pool, and many balconies is unbelievable. The house is nestled in a very quiet, secluded spot and is perfect for relaxing. Kitchen is fully equipped, beds are comfortable. Marius is the most helpful, responsive host, helping us with any questions we had and providing excellent local recommendations. We didn’t want to leave!

Staying at Paolo’s home was an unforgettable experience! The location is simply perfect- peaceful yet conveniently close to everything, offering a breathtaking view. Without a doubt, my favorite spot was the living room. Its unique and cozy style created the perfect atmosphere, making every moment there truly special. A beautiful old house that is not yet completely renovated. The house exudes a great charm, even if the internet and electricity are not quite stable. We felt very comfortable!!

Daniele was very kindly and flexible to our late checkin because of an earlier car accident we had. The house is a really italian house with a lot of room for everybody. A fine new complete kitchen and many new bathrooms with good water heat and pressaure. Inside area is well enough but the outside was magnifik. The best- a nice big big and warm like 29-31 degrees. Daniel was quick to solve our small questions and always kindly. Not so much information on airbnb before our booking but dont worry. Daniel has made some changes during a longer pause and today everything is really perfect for a relaxing holiday.

Fabrizio was a great host and the villa is beautiful. Everything is under perfect conditions and the villa is located pretty well in the mountains with gorgeous view on sea and lake. Fabrizio also had some delicious recommendations for good restaurants. Thanks for having us

We had an excellent stay. It was very relaxing and a beautiful property in a wonderful location. We ventured out a few times but mostly relaxed by the pool. We had a bit of trouble finding the place as it is secluded and down a fairly rough trail and we approached from the wrong direction. I suggest this is clarified for future visitors. Paola was great though and came to meet us and guide us to the property.

A great place to rest. My wife and I were with 2 kids and a dog. When we arrived, we received a lot of information about local attractions, restaurants, how to explore Cinque Terre and Portofino. Davide made you feel great from the start of your stay. You feel like someone makes you feel good here. The house as in the photos fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and air conditioning in the rooms upstairs. Clean and homey. Replacement of towels and linens after a week. A pool with a wonderful view. Tomatoes and basil from the garden are great. Thank you for a wonderful vacation and rest. I recommend it to everyone and thank the host for this stay. We already want to go back.

We enjoyed the time at the villa very much. The garden and pool invite you to linger. In the house itself, it was a little too handed over for our taste and you first have to make room to leave your own things. But we'd come back right back.

Beautiful place, very high quality furniture, fixtures and fittings. Nice and clean swimming pool and generally had everything we needed. A premium rental. Owner lives upstairs so they were on hand to help in addition to Antonio’s helpfulness. Host went out of his way to emphasise how helpful he will be, even booked a Bagno for us one day. Location is a little out the way so you’d need a vehicle.

Beautiful large house with nice pool and great garden with lots of olive trees as well as a large in and outdoor kitchen. Plenty of space with lots of different seating and lying options. We had a lovely week there.

sanda's house is really interesting with ample space and very comfortable. the house is dated, but it contains very nice vintage elements. There's nothing missing, and the pool and outdoor space are great. Sanda was very kind and helpful.
