Very good stay. I am also grateful for the early check-in. Very well-equipped apartment. Excellent location, close to the train station and the leisure street. The only observation is that it is on the 4th floor.

There are truly no words that can do this apartment justice. From the moment we climbed the steep hill and discovered this magical place, we were captivated. The views are absolutely breathtaking. The apartment itself was spotless, well-organized, and had everything we could possibly need. Falling asleep to the sound of waves crashing on the rocks below, and waking up to that incredible view, was unforgettable. Our host was responsive and helpful, and the detailed directions made everything easy to find—thank you so much.

Stefano was an incredible host! The location is ideal - walking distance to the train station in Riomaggiore for exploration of the other Cinque Terre towns, the Via dell’Amore, as well as to the marina. His communication is perfect - open with recommendations for restaurants and activities and quick responses to questions. He truly wants to make sure you have an incredible time exploring this special region of Italy. So many thoughtful touches - no need to worry about breakfast, as he’s got eggs and focaccia stocked! Nor chargers if you forgot yours, as there’s every one available. There’s laundry for after your hikes, and wine or limoncello to toast to la dolce vita. The apartment is very spacious, terrace expansive with gorgeous views, and Wifi fast. We appreciated him meeting us in person to go through everything. It was that extra touch that made the difference. If we’re ever fortunate enough to return, we’ll always come here first. Would highly recommend to others!

The apartment was amazing - comfortable, cosy, clean, nicely decorated and furnished. The location is perfect, super close to the train station so you can easily visit Cinque Terre, close to Coop (supermarket), also walking distance to the city centre to go to restaurants, stores and marina. Alessandra was very communicative from the start, gave us local recommendations and advice, very kind. We highly recommend staying here!

this is a great place to stay if you are looking to explore the area, we took the train to Cinque Terre and it was so close and easy! the apartment is clean and has everything you might need to make a meal, do some laundry or relax after a big day of exploring! Dario was great to meet and gave us good advice on how to get around. The patio is also lovely.

Giulia is an impeccable host. Very helpful and full of advice. Her home is extremely welcoming. It has an outdoor environment where you can eat and cook. The services fully meet the needs of two couples. Everything is very comfortable. There are two supermarkets nearby. With bus no. 3 or by train you can easily reach the central station from which you can reach the Cinque Terre.

Such a beautiful spot to stay. It’s perfectly located to walk to water or visit the local restaurants. The place is so adorable and has such a great view relaxing on the patio is the place to be. I would absolutely recommend this place 10/10

What a fantastic place. Paolo met us at the train station to help us with our luggage and guide us to the apartment. Gave us great recommendations on how to spend our 3 days. Honestly I’m not sure I can imagine a better place in Riomaggiore. The flat is on the top floor with a great terrace that is shaded in the evening looking right down on the cove with a beautiful view of the water. We had happy hour up there every night. Everything was clean and modern. Having 2 levels created a lot of space in the apartment. Would stay there again in a heartbeat if coming back to Riomaggiore.

Welcoming, explanations, advice, and availability as old friends. We were unable to take advantage of the possibilities offered by the location of the apartment due to our lack of time, but only the accommodation and location are worth the vacation. Incredible hosts. I had to cancel my stay after 1 night for personal reasons and Christiana was so gracious and helpful, even giving us her contact info in case we needed more help later. The place is small but extremely clean and functional with all basic necessities provided and everything you need. Bed is extremely comfy. Location is right in the middle of town with an amazing viewpoint a 1 min walk away. Only one flight of stairs to get in. No view as the listing states but if you will be out exploring a lot this would 100% be the best place for a home base. Incredible value for money since in addition to the affordable price Christiana can get you discounted train and trekking cards, offers a discount at her restaurant, and the included breakfast is generous and delicious! Thank you to the hosts!

Antonella's and Luigi's house is in a nice residental area with a beautiful garden which guests can use. Parking was easy in front of the house. Antonella and Luigi are very welcoming and great hosts. Comunication was easy and fast. The appartement offers everything one needs and I liked it very much. There are several free beaches easily reachable by foot or car (free parking). Carrara is a good location for sightseeing as the highway is close as well as the train station. I highly recommend their place and would love to come back one day.

Superlative Stay! Gianluca's attention to detail and mission-driven service as a host is on-point. A delightful pied-a-terre with fantastic views set hillside in Lerici, it's hard to imagine as you sit on the terrace watching the sunset while sipping on a local vintage why you haven't booked this place for even longer than the three weeks you already have. The house is really beautiful, with attention to detail and with a unique style that makes it memorable. Joke, who takes care of the check-in, was very kind and helpful, although the process was a little long and requires a little patience. The rooms are a little dark, and there is an area that looks more like a storage room than a well-integrated space with the rest of the place — a small disconnect in an otherwise well-kept context. Other than that, everything is wonderful: cozy environments, relaxing atmosphere and great attention to detail. The price is high, in line with the average area, considering the style and quality of the experience.

Everything went smoothly for this stay! Ilaria took great care with us to prepare for our arrival, with the crib we had asked for, full of tips and recommendations to enjoy our stay, a great welcome. The space was perfectly aligned with the description and what we were paying attention to. It is a great solution for people wishing to visit the area by car. Reserved space, closed parking, the place was super quiet, nice. We would recommend it without hesitation! Thank you for everything Ilaria!

We spent five nights at Assunta's. The house immerses you directly in the Italian atmosphere, it is very atypical and pleasant. We were 5 adults and 2 babies aged 1 and 2 and were very comfortable in this large house. Assunta and her son are available and very responsive. The train station is only 7 minutes by car (free parking) to get to the central station in La Spezia then 15 minutes by train to the Cinque Terre which is great and fast. Regarding the equipment of the house, it would just be missing a sofa and a microwave, otherwise it is very well-equipped. I thank Assunta and her son for this wonderful stay.

This place was amazing! We had the best relaxed holiday at Nicola’s apartment. Everything was perfect. Absolutely everything you would need was provided and the plunge pool , upstairs kitchen on the fantastic roof terrace was just brilliant. We spent 3 relaxing days there popping in and out of the pool. Nicola was an amazing host, he checked in to see how we were doing, gave us recommendations of restaurants in the area. He went above and beyond by picking us up at the station on arrival and taking us back at the end of our holiday. The apartment is exactly as the photos show however better with high quality furnishings and comfortable bed. Nicola has thought of everything to make your stay a home from home with extras like the pool. Thank you for a brilliant stay . We will be back.

Cozy apartment with great terrace and pool from which you have a wonderful view of nature and the sea. The road to the apartment is adventurous, but passable. For this, the area is very quiet and nature is around the apartment. The hosts were super friendly and always available. I would definitely spend a second vacation here too!

The appartment is spacious and clean. within a few minutes you're at the station and the surroundings are otherwise peaceful.
