Relax and unwind in this quiet and elegant accommodation. We've been Airbnb hosts for years, renting out the attic of our own home. Since it didn't have a separate entrance, we thought about adapting our basement to be able to continue receiving guests with greater privacy, since we have always liked the idea of being able to host people from all over the world. It was a project in which the whole family participated and in which we put all our enthusiasm and affection. We hope you like it!

Designer flat, located in the La Latina neighbourhood, is a 160 m2 underground gem that can accommodate up to 4 people. With 2 elegant bedrooms and a separate office with an additional sofa bed. Although it is a ground floor apartment, its refurbished and modern interior surprises with its open and airy style. Please note that light is limited due to its location and you will not find balconies or large windows. Enjoy TV via Chromecast. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Warner Park, the Amusement Park, and Puy du Fou Park are just a stone's throw away. Comfortable house in a residential area 1 km from the center of Carranque and 5 km from the Carranque Archaeological Park, which houses the remains of a Roman villa from the 4th century. IV on the banks of the Guadarrama River. We are a 45-minute drive to downtown Madrid and 30 minutes from the city of Toledo on the AP 41.
