Apartment house with garden in the Sierra de Madrid

Our apartment in the Sierra de Madrid is located at the entrance of Mataelpino, a small town shared with Cerceda and El Boalo. It is a separate apartment located on the same property as our house. It has a living room, kitchen, and dining room that is heated in winter with a fireplace, and a bedroom with a bathroom. In the room, there is a mobile electric radiator. In summer it is very cool as it is largely built into the rock. The apartment has an independent and exclusive garden area that is fenced where there is a barbecue, a table and chairs and some garden chairs to enjoy the sunsets. It is a quiet area surrounded by nature with many paths and routes to walk and disconnect. We'll be happy to make your stay as pleasant as possible and available to help you with any questions you may have about our accommodation.

Welcome to this rustic loft at our home in El Boalo! Find your cozy refuge only 40 minutes from Madrid and a jump from La Pedriza. Very close routes and climbing, as well as the village a five-minute walk away. We have a comfortable double bed and a sofa bed. You can access the smart TV with various platforms. The fireplace awaits you in winter and the pool in summer. The garden can be enjoyed year-round. If you're craving a BBQ, go ahead! We look forward to seeing you!
