Very well-located accommodation. We used public transportation to do our activities. Everything was easily accessible and close to the accommodation. Very quiet place. I appreciated the autonomy to access the accommodation and the presence of a real coffee maker in addition to an espresso machine. Quality towels.

Very good stay in this ideally located accommodation, 2min walk from Aytré beach and train station, on a quiet street. Parking possible in the courtyard with secure gate or in the many spaces available on the street. The accommodation is located in Anne-Marie's house (common partitions) but the entrance is independent as well as the terrace. It has just been refurbished and tastefully decorated. Our hosting was very warm and many touches were waiting for us in the fridge, it's nice and became so much on Airbnb! Thanks

I am delighted to have discovered this studio, quite charming as indicated in the listing, and especially in a very quiet place. Without hesitation, I'll be back. Aurore and Julien are lovely.

New accommodation and very well equipped. It has everything you need, very functional. It's very quiet and the decor is neat. The terrace and views are great. There is space to park on the street in the evening. The host is friendly and available, I would recommend.
