Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in La Madeleine, Nice

Really unique and beautiful place and location. It looked exactly like the photos and the view was incredible. It was perfect for a quiet stay outside the city center, while still being nearby and very well connected. Nathalie and Lionel were kind and quick to reply every time we asked them something during our stay.

We had a wonderful stay with Pascal! His home is absolutely lovely, and we wish we were there longer. A very helpful host! Would come back again

Our stay with Carina was perfect! The place is exactly as described and the loft is super equipped! Carine has thought of almost everything in the furnishings. The outdoor area and pool were also great. Thank you for the lovely holiday :)

The stay at villa of Dominique and his lovely wife was amazing! The location !! It deserves a separate chapter! Only 12 mins by bus from bustling Nice and you are in your very own little paradise! Everything was thought through to the smallest details. It was by far the best Airbnb experience. I have never felt that welcomed on vacation. You could feel home away from home. You can explore this villa alone all day long, as it is full of beautiful details! Small garden, terrace, hammock…. When you are there - you don’t want to leave .. And you have all the amenities you can only think of. But one thing that stood out the most was HOSPITALITY of Dominique and his wife! Thank you, merci, grazie, дякую! I hope you will have an amazing trip in winter☺️ And we will definitely come back ❤️

The apartment was beautiful, with modern and high quality amenities. It had everything and more one may need for a comfortable stay. Laurie was super helpful and communicated very fast, answering all of my questions. It was a really great stay, i would definitely recommend it if you don‘t want to stay in the hustle and bustle of the Nice downtown.

We a great time at Christophe's place! It was so beautiful and peaceful. There were lots of local restaurants and his wife kindly gave us a recommendation for somewhere to eat seafood. She was especially lovely because she allowed me to practice my limited French! Christophe's son took us out on his boat for snorkeling and exploring the Cote D'Azur- a truly unforgettable experience! Thanks everyone!

Our stay with Jalil, Sabine and their two sons was perfect all around. The hosts are very courteous and warm. The place is clean, beautifully located in the family's garden and has everything you need. It is a good base for exploring Nice and the surrounding area. With rental bikes within walking distance, you can quickly reach the sea and the old town. We will be happy to come back! Merci ❤️

We enjoyed our stay at Patricia's place. She was always available for questions. Although she and her husband live in the house, we hardly noticed them and had a lot of privacy. The Airbnb is sufficient for 4 people and the pool is a dream. The beds could be bigger and the location is quiet, but you need 20 minutes by car to get to the city.

This place could not be in a better location. Very centrally located and the area is very safe. The air b and b was absolutely gorgeous and very clean. Cedric was very good at communicating and answering my questions. 10/10 recommend!

We had a great stay here! The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The bed loft was comfortable, the washer/dryer worked perfectly (and fully dried our clothes), and the shower had good pressure and hot water. The kitchen made it easy to cook simple meals, and we really appreciated the thoughtful touches — especially the water shoes, which were essential for the rocky beach just a few minutes’ walk away. The location is excellent — just one street back from the water and in a great spot for walking around Nice. While the apartment doesn’t have a view of the sea, it’s tucked into a part of the neighborhood that still feels very central. The building is older, but the space itself feels fresh and recently renovated. We’d happily stay again!

Wow! What’s not to absolutely love about this apartment!? Absolutely fantastic location with an INCREDIBLE view. The apartment was nicely appointed and had a very bright, airy, contemporary vibe. Hanging out on the balcony was a sheer delight. The glazed windows do a great job keeping the noise out and the apartment was always very quiet. Lucas was very responsive and check in and checkout was very easy and straightforward. Lucas was very responsive to questions before and after checking in and sent recommendations for some great restaurants. You won’t be sorry - just book it if it’s available!!

This home is one of the best ones we’ve been too. The location is great. Steps to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. The home had air conditioning which seems to be a rare treat in Europe. It also had a very nice new kitchen and two new bathrooms. We also enjoyed the morning coffee on the balcony with the ocean view. Very nice place. We would definitely book this place again if we come back to Nice. Also Hanna was very responsive and helpful.

The views from this place are everything! Home is beautiful, perfect for our family of six. Away from the town center but convenient to all nearby activities and day trips. Definitely recommend!

Happy with our stay. The view from the balcony is spectacular. The apartment is modern and the kitchen very well furnished. Public transportation nearby and easy access to and from the airport with the tram or buses.

My stay in Laures wonderful apartment was a dream. It was even nicer than the pictures. The apartment is furnished with a lot of love for detail. The design is so lovingly designed that even the towels match in color. I always had a contact person. Souhir welcomed me warmly and showed and explained everything wonderfully. In seconds, I felt at home. Laure was also there for me when planning the trip. The apartment is perfectly accessible. You can quickly get to the city on foot or by public transport and around the corner is a wonderful little supermarket and bakery. The beach is a real family beach. Everything meets here and it is just a short walk across the street. Because the kitchen was so well equipped, I was able to cook excellently and enjoy a sensational view at dinner. But beware! The seagulls are hungry! I look forward to seeing you again!

Great place to relax. Rebecca was very communicative, and her cookies were SO DELICIOUS! A very nice treat after many hours of travel. Apartment is clean and has all of the essentials and then some. Would stay here again.

A beautiful Mediterranean view from the terrace. This place is a little away from the crowd, which really works for us. If you use buses, you can go everywhere. The location is especially convenient when you visit Monaco (by bus) or eze village (by taxi as the host recommends). You could walk to Castle hill as well. Vassil is such a wonderful host. I think that he is really ready for having his guests in every way. I can't recommend this place highly enough. I already miss it!

Unlike some Airbnb spaces which can feel quite sterile this place is a stylish and relaxing retreat. The apartment is in the old part of town with nice amenities close by. Being at the top of a building (3 floors up) and at the top of a hill it brings both the benefit of rare panoramic views but also the need to climb steps. We thought this was absolutely a good trade off. The apartment does not come with air-conditioning but the fans in the rooms worked well to make the rooms comfortable, at least during June.

We absolutely loved this cozy and beautiful apt. The view was worth the money! Frederic was super nice and helpful, responsive and flexible, provided recommendations for local restaurants. Walkable to the beach, coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores. We found the parking right outside the building very easy too!

A good place close to Nice and Anbites. We like the balcony, enjoy the sunset drinking coffee.

The accommodation was as clean as the photos, and the terrace view was so beautiful. Sophie responded quickly and kindly and was considerate of the guests. Such a beautiful accommodation! I want to visit again next time!!

We really enjoyed our stay and the views were spectacular. Very helpful host who went out of her way to sort out an issue for us when we lost our way back to the apartment on our first night there! Marie Lawrence and her support team were wonderful and we are very grateful.

Anthony's apartment is super clean, new, well arranged and with a large terrace. I would recommend it in a second!
