Very beautiful renovated bright 2 rooms 45 m2, located at the bottom of Avenue de Fabron in Nice, with a magnificent sea view, in a wooded park, 5 minutes walk from the beaches, 3 km from the airport and 3 km from Old Nice. A bedroom with double bed in 160 a sofa bed in 140 A large bathroom with shower, equipped kitchen, air conditioning. Close to all amenities: tram stop and bus 150m from the entrance to the residence, many shops. Storage and housekeeping must be done when you leave.

My apartment is at the foot of tram line 2 (Fabron stop), 15 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from the center (Avenue Jean Médecin). Public bikes are found in front of the residence. At the foot of the accommodation: supermarket, bakery, beach 80 meters away. The kitchen has all the necessary amenities. The large terrace allows you to enjoy the sun all year round! Finally, there is free parking about 500 meters from the apartment. The cat moved out😁.

Nice studio in central Nice

This is my third flat I have on Airbnb. Everything is brand new inside the apartment as seen in the pictures. The good thing about this flat is that it has the kitchen separate from the room. The apartment is located on 3rd floor and it has 2 big windows. The building is very quiet as are very few apartments in the building. There is an elevator in the building too.
