Facing the sea, our beautiful 66 m2 apartment was completely renovated in the summer of 2022. It is located on the 8th and top floor with elevator in a residential building. It consists of a large entrance hall with storage, two bedrooms (one with a loggia), a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a separate toilet and a large living room incorporating a lounge, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. The terrace, with garden furniture and dining area, offers a splendid sea view.

The tram is 450 m away (6-minute walk), the train station is 900 m away (11-minute walk). The studio is air-conditioned and composed of a 10 m2 terrace, a 140 cm double bed, a 140 cm "BZ" sofa bed, an equipped kitchen (utensils, pressure cooker, various coffee makers, including a "Nespresso").
