Our apartment was fully new renovated and redecorated in 2017, further renovations in 2023 and 2024 (p.e. new windows). It is located on the "Prom. d. Angl." and the beach is 20 m away. 15 m walk to the city center and 10 min to the train station and the airport (bus. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a stylish, but cosy livingroom with an open kitchen. Additionally it has a garden. It has a marvelous view to the ocean!

Very quiet studio on the 1st floor, located in the real Carré d'Or Niçois. Close to the building entrance; luxury shops, jewelers, the beautiful Place Masséna. Opposite the regularly busy Albert 1st Garden (Carnival, Flower Battles, Christmas Market, Jazz Festival, etc.). 2 minutes' walk to Promenade des Anglais and the Beaches. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
