Our apartment is at the beginning of the Promenade des Anglais, 50 meters from the Hotel Negresco, and close to shops (bakers, supermarkets, restaurants, trendy bars, and even casino ... for gambling lovers !). It is a 140 sqm flat, 5 windows overlooking the sea (rare on the Promenade), with a 180 ° view. All rooms are air conditioned, with double glazing. Each room is "en-suite" with adjoining bathroom. The apartment is an angle with 2 beautiful terraces for lunch and dinner facing the sea :-)

An apartment with no opposite neighbors with 1 living room/kitchen, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and 1 toilet. Well air-conditioned, with balcony sea view, the Promenade des Anglais 50 m away, with private underground parking, close to all sights and amenities. After each rental, the apartment is fully cleaned and disinfected under strict co-host control. At the foot of the building, you have many choices of travel (tram L2, several buses, Vélo Bleu, taxi).

You will stay in my fabulous apartment, on the Promenade des Anglais, facing the large blue, bright and completely renovated with taste in a beautiful building in Nice. The master suite, equipped with a queen size bed and its bathroom has a splendid sea view. The second bedroom equipped with a double bed faces the back, a bathroom completes it.
