Kid-friendly vacation rentals in La Madeleine, Nice

We had a wonderful stay at Melanie’s! She was a wonderful host. Her house is also super kid friendly - there was no need for us to bring toys for our daughter. She didn’t even want to leave!! There is a supermarket nearby where you can buy most of what you need, a boulangerie where you can get delicious baguettes and croissants, and a delicious espresso place. She was also super communicative - we had ordered from Amazon as we needed a couple of things that we couldn’t find in stores and she was super flexible about it. The house was spacious and since we had a car, it was easy to get around! I highly recommend this place! It is just beautiful!

Benjamin was responsive, flexible and very helpful. I would highly recommend staying in this lovely, well equipped house.

Having a garden and upstairs terrace looking out to sea is a huge plus to this house. The nearest swim point at 3 minutes also fabulous, beside Le Moure Rouge cafe. The bed linen is absolutely divine. We liked the fact it was 20 mins fast walking to Cannes centre, or a frequent bus service up to 9pm, along the lovely sea front. We used Uber to get home from town in the evenings. Pascale was very helpful, great check-in with her.

This was an amazing stay. The view is beautiful. We had our own private oasis overlooking the area. It was amazing to watch the sun rise each morning over the water. Salt water pool was very nice. Plenty of chairs by the pool and a giant umbrella if needed. Outdoor shower, grill, and an outdoor sink. You should book this! Thank me later!

Fabrics was very helpful and responded quickly to all messages. We were able to check in early. The location of the villa is excellent, there is no need for a car. The villa and pool were great for our trip to France.

Fantastic place to stay! We absolutely loved every day staying there. House is very modern and clean, nice garden and amazing view to the sea! Near the shops, restaurants and parks. Property is in gated, safe area which is nice. Thanks!

Our stay at Michel's house was everything we were hoping for and even more! We enjoyed the cosy house and the beautiful surroundings with our two little kids. The house is located in a beautiful area with a lot of walking trails and nice views behind every corner. Michel is very hospitable. He respects the guests privacy but is very reachable at the same time for inquiries and questions. Thanks Michel, we had a lovely two weeks!

Family break. Six adults. Plenty of room for all Fantastic stay. Couldn’t recommend highly enough Great value for money Extremely comfortable. Location is spot on to discover all of Nice by foot if reasonably healthy. Only tram we took was one back to airport. Virginie is delightful. So helpful and friendly. We had a great vacation in a great apartment. The apartment is in a very good location in the city center and everything is easily accessible on foot. Damien is a very responsive and very understanding host (we arrived at the apartment around 11 p.m. and this did not pose any problem for the key handover). We would happily stay again.

Han was a very present, polite, and active Host. Despite some initial difficulties with the check-in, she quickly resolved the situation as best as possible, until the problem was resolved; I really appreciated this feature. The place was clean and consistent with what I described. The kitchen was complete and we found the beds comfortable. We also really appreciated the fact that there are two air conditioners that help a lot during the day and at night. Ultimately it was a nice stay, I highly recommend it!

We were warmly welcomed and a clear short tour was given. Everything we needed was present. It is a very clean and cozy accommodation where we definitely want to come back again. It was really enjoyable and we were able to completely relax. Everything within walking distance and a cool quiet neighborhood. Magali's place is more than worth his money!!!

Inna was a wonderful host! She was incredibly communicative with us and met us upon arrival to give us a tour of the space. The apartment was exactly as described in photos and was the perfect sanctuary during my work trip at Cannes. There was plenty of space (I had my family with me) for each of us and I really appreciated having working AC in all rooms. Shops and restaurants were very close by - I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice apartment in a quiet residence. The pool is a real plus and the terrace is beautiful and spacious. Very friendly welcome from Roland. We recommend this place with your eyes closed. Nearby bakery, rotisserie and pizzeria.

A lovely little apartment in a fantastic location. The large terrace is fabulous - sun was on terrace from around 11am to sunset. Aside from sleeping practically all our time at apartment was spent on the large terrace. Quiet street only 100 yards for Promenade des Anglais. Ideal for a couple or family with one small child. We stayed 4 nights and had a great time. Serena was very kind and responsive. The communication was rapid and easy. She was kind enough to come and get us at the Train station. The apartment was clean , spacious and has everything you need! The location is great, walkable to every where, great restaurants around. It’s a bit noisy at night but once the windows are closed it’s ok. We will stay there anytime in the future.

The apartment is very well maintained and we felt like home, having everything we needed. The washing machine was very important, especially when you travel with children and just the hand luggage. We were wondering from where to buy some beach chairs and an umbrella, but for our surprise, they were at the apartment, plus some beach toys for the children. The location is perfect, very close to the beach, train station and bus stops. There are some shops, but we prefer to get the bus, travel 10 min, to do the shopping at Lidl or E.Leclerc, which have much better prices. Being so close to the train station was an advantage, as we traveled to other places by train, being much faster and cheaper than by car or bus. Having seen the beaches in Monte Carlo, Nice, Antibes, Cannes, St Tropez, we can say that the beach at Golfe-Juan is the best: sandy, clear water (especially in the morning), no jelly fish, not crowded. We had a great time at Amria's place. The apartment is located close to shops, the beach or even old Antibes. Amria is an available, responsive host with good advice. I highly recommend staying at Amria's place for a stay in Antibes.

Very clean and equipped studio to meet any need. Perfect location a minute's walk to the beach, perfect to leave your car in a reserved parking space a 5-minute walk away. Quiet and discreet condominium and neighborhood. Olga is very kind, very helpful and very quick to respond to any questions or requests. I hope to be back soon and recommend this studio to anyone looking to stay in Cagnes-sur-Mer.

I was delighted with my stay at Serge's place. It is very well furnished and equipped. There is a nice terrace. Serge is a welcoming and very responsive host. I would highly recommend it.
