Kid-friendly vacation rentals in La Madeleine, Nice

We had a wonderful stay at Melanie’s! She was a wonderful host. Her house is also super kid friendly - there was no need for us to bring toys for our daughter. She didn’t even want to leave!! There is a supermarket nearby where you can buy most of what you need, a boulangerie where you can get delicious baguettes and croissants, and a delicious espresso place. She was also super communicative - we had ordered from Amazon as we needed a couple of things that we couldn’t find in stores and she was super flexible about it. The house was spacious and since we had a car, it was easy to get around! I highly recommend this place! It is just beautiful!

A serene and tranquil haven in the hills around the Cote d'Azur, kitted out with all the modern conveniences you could want (wonderful kitchen, heated salt water pool) but with that inimitable French rustic charm and a garden and grounds to die for. No more than 10 minutes from the beaches of Cannes, Antibes, Juan le Pins and the hidden gem that is Le Cannet, plus an abundance of boulangeries, patisseries and hypermarkets for fresh produce all within walking / short driving distance. Patrick is a host as charming as his home and made our family holiday that much more enjoyable because of his humour, responsiveness and kindness. A truly magical Airbnb for all the family!

Having a garden and upstairs terrace looking out to sea is a huge plus to this house. The nearest swim point at 3 minutes also fabulous, beside Le Moure Rouge cafe. The bed linen is absolutely divine. We liked the fact it was 20 mins fast walking to Cannes centre, or a frequent bus service up to 9pm, along the lovely sea front. We used Uber to get home from town in the evenings. Pascale was very helpful, great check-in with her.

This was an amazing stay. The view is beautiful. We had our own private oasis overlooking the area. It was amazing to watch the sun rise each morning over the water. Salt water pool was very nice. Plenty of chairs by the pool and a giant umbrella if needed. Outdoor shower, grill, and an outdoor sink. You should book this! Thank me later!

Fabrics was very helpful and responded quickly to all messages. We were able to check in early. The location of the villa is excellent, there is no need for a car. The villa and pool were great for our trip to France.

Very pleasant stay at Malin's place. The villa is very well located, in a peaceful area both preserved from the tourist hustle and bustle and close to the center, beaches and shops (shopping center, bakeries, pharmacy...). The villa matches the description, functional, clean and embellished with a well-maintained garden. The pergola was appreciated during this period of high heat. The salt pool, the most remarkable value of the villa, offers great swimming comfort. Thank you Francoise for hosting us.

Virginia has a wealth of knowledge on the area and Nice in general. She lives in the neighborhood and gave us recommendations. Her communication with us was prompt and helpful. The location is walkable to historic areas, the beach, shopping, restaurants and transportation. Tram 2 brings you to Durante stop from the airport and the location is a short walk away. The stop has an elevator so it was convenient even with luggage. Wi-Fi was great. The kitchen was fully equipped to make a meal. The beds were comfortable and with the quiet neighborhood we got a good nite sleep. The water pressure in the shower was better than ours at home. 😊. We appreciated the bath and a half getting ready in the morning. We enjoyed our 10 days in this Airbnb and look forward to returning. Thank you Virginie

We had a great vacation in a great apartment. The apartment is in a very good location in the city center and everything is easily accessible on foot. Damien is a very responsive and very understanding host (we arrived at the apartment around 11 p.m. and this did not pose any problem for the key handover). We would happily stay again.

We were warmly welcomed and a clear short tour was given. Everything we needed was present. It is a very clean and cozy accommodation where we definitely want to come back again. It was really enjoyable and we were able to completely relax. Everything within walking distance and a cool quiet neighborhood. Magali's place is more than worth his money!!!

Inna was a wonderful host! She was incredibly communicative with us and met us upon arrival to give us a tour of the space. The apartment was exactly as described in photos and was the perfect sanctuary during my work trip at Cannes. There was plenty of space (I had my family with me) for each of us and I really appreciated having working AC in all rooms. Shops and restaurants were very close by - I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here with 4 adults and 4 kids (ages 1-3.5) and had a great time. The host was very communicative and helped us with finding cots and high chairs for the kids. They also helped us with arranging transportation to the airport for a very early flight. Location is good, we walked everywhere and it was an easy tram ride to the airport and easy train ride to other neighboring towns. Very close to the beach, and the Airbnb even included beach toys for the kids!

Very nice apartment in a quiet residence. The pool is a real plus and the terrace is beautiful and spacious. Very friendly welcome from Roland. We recommend this place with your eyes closed. Nearby bakery, rotisserie and pizzeria.

A lovely little apartment in a fantastic location. The large terrace is fabulous - sun was on terrace from around 11am to sunset. Aside from sleeping practically all our time at apartment was spent on the large terrace. Quiet street only 100 yards for Promenade des Anglais. Ideal for a couple or family with one small child. We stayed 4 nights and had a great time. Serena was very kind and responsive. The communication was rapid and easy. She was kind enough to come and get us at the Train station. The apartment was clean , spacious and has everything you need! The location is great, walkable to every where, great restaurants around. It’s a bit noisy at night but once the windows are closed it’s ok. We will stay there anytime in the future.

The apartment is very well maintained and we felt like home, having everything we needed. The washing machine was very important, especially when you travel with children and just the hand luggage. We were wondering from where to buy some beach chairs and an umbrella, but for our surprise, they were at the apartment, plus some beach toys for the children. The location is perfect, very close to the beach, train station and bus stops. There are some shops, but we prefer to get the bus, travel 10 min, to do the shopping at Lidl or E.Leclerc, which have much better prices. Being so close to the train station was an advantage, as we traveled to other places by train, being much faster and cheaper than by car or bus. Having seen the beaches in Monte Carlo, Nice, Antibes, Cannes, St Tropez, we can say that the beach at Golfe-Juan is the best: sandy, clear water (especially in the morning), no jelly fish, not crowded. We had a great time at Amria's place. The apartment is located close to shops, the beach or even old Antibes. Amria is an available, responsive host with good advice. I highly recommend staying at Amria's place for a stay in Antibes.

I was delighted with my stay at Serge's place. It is very well furnished and equipped. There is a nice terrace. Serge is a welcoming and very responsive host. I would highly recommend it.

Loved this place. The seaside deck chairs, pools, restaurants were all so lovely. Ideal for kids too.
