The studio is very clean and comfortable, great central location. It is more spacious in reality than in the photos and everything seems to be newly refurbished. Anne is a great host- she was nice, easy to reach and flexible with check in / check out. Highly recommend this place

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans ce bel appartement, à la décoration sobre, spacieux et très confortable pour 2 personnes. Il est doté d'une belle salle de bains avec 2 vasques et une grande douche, d'une cuisine équipée dotée de vaisselle et d'ustensiles de cuisine de qualité. Pour nous qui voyageons en transports en commun, il est situé à proximité de la gare de Nice Riquier, d'arrêts de tram et de bus. Fabien est un hôte très sympathique, qui a répondu rapidement et de manière très courtoise à nos questions. Sans doute une de nos meilleures expériences sur Airbnb !

Beautiful apartment with great views, very peaceful surroundings and a lovely pool area and private outdoor area. Yvan and Peter are very friendly and make great hosts. Quite a long drive up a very windy mountain road to get to the Airbnb but becomes a lot easier with practice and the Airbnb was easy to find with clear instructions on how to check in! Perfect location for day trips to all the towns on the Côte d’Azur!

Stéphane’s apartment was exactly what we were looking for in Nice. The location is within walking distance to every attraction in Nice and super close to the train station which made touring the French Riviera a breeze. Stéphane was available to answer any questions we had. His apartment was clean and well stocked which is so important when traveling with children.

Gregory-Yann's place was a good location for us. It had some noise during the day but it disappated at night and it was an easy walk for us into the heart of the city. We met others, on tours, who received ear-plugs at their check-in, so we were pleased we opted to be out of the center. We are walkers and had no trouble getting around. Others would be able to easily access the tram. Good directions from the hosts for using the tram from the airport.

I cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed our accommodations! This delightful apartment was the perfect size for us, well decorated and peaceful. It is convenient to just about anywhere you want to explore, but there is plenty to do even if you just stay in the beautiful local area. We loved the beach, the gorgeous rooftop pool, the array of restaurants, the natural attractions and the market across the street. Many thanks to Florian, a thoughtful, friendly and welcoming host who responded quickly to any questions we had. We are thrilled to have found this gem and are already looking forward to booking it again!

Super conveniently located to the tram and very nice, modern bathroom. And there was even a bottle of rosé waiting to welcome us! Perfect!

Clement place was wonderful it’s on the principal avenue , the beach is behind the building . We spent a really good time .

Un véritable coup de cœur ! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement absolument charmant, impeccablement propre, très bien équipé et surtout extrêmement sécurisé. La localisation est tout simplement parfaite : à quelques minutes du centre ville, des sites touristiques, des transports en commun, de l’aéroport et de toutes les commodités. Cela nous a permis de profiter pleinement de notre voyage, sans stress. Un immense merci à Raja pour son accueil chaleureux, sa disponibilité et ses attentions qui ont vraiment fait la différence. C’est rare de se sentir aussi bien dès l’arrivée. Nous recommandons ce logement les yeux fermés et espérons y revenir très bientôt !

Had a great week. The apartment is spacious, has everything you need and in walking distance from shopping areas, train station and the beach promenade. The host was great, flexible and nice.

Martha's AirBnB is in an incredible location. We enjoyed only having to step out the door to be on the Promenade des Anglais where we went on long walks every evening. This apartment/condo is definitely on the larger side for European standards and there was more than enough space for all 4 of us. Having 2 separate bathrooms was very convenient. We wouldn't hesitate to book this AirBnB again!

This place was incredibly convenient, located very close to the Cannes Lions venue. Whenever I had any issues, the host responded immediately, which was a huge help. The amenities and thoughtful touches—like slippers and other essentials—went far beyond any other Airbnb I’ve stayed at in Cannes. Truly exceptional hospitality.

We spent a wonderful month at Isabelle’s place. She was so friendly and helpful and it was a pleasure to meet her. She felt like an old friend by the end of the month. Her apartment was very clean and comfortable, bright, airy, cool with great breezes, very well equipped, beautifully decorated and obviously well-loved and cared for. Isabelle was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. She was there to meet us and say goodbye. The apartment was close to restaurants, shops and transport. We will definitely stay there again when we come back next year to see our daughter. I highly recommend this apartment.

Nous avons reçu un acceuil chaleureux et très sympatique de Valérie et Pascal. Ils ont fait part de generosité et ont été de bons conseils ! Leur joli maison est très propre et bien equipée. Nous la recommandons à tous et y retournerons sans hesiter !

My husband and myself, along with 3 young adult children stayed at Anna's beautiful home for 7 days. With the home being 4 floors, we each had plenty of space for ourselves as well as common areas - kitchen, living, balcony to spend time together. The location was perfect - easily walkable to the train station and all the restaurants/shops in old town Antibes, as well as the beach! Easy access to other areas in the French Riviera by train (i.e. Cannes, Monaco, Nice, etc.). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Anna's home and can't think of any amenity that was missing. Highly recommend, especially for families or larger groups!

Helena was nice, honest and very communicative. House is big and clean, with all you needed and the pool was just perfect. So I would recommend visiting the house with friends and family.

Eine tolle Unterkunft - super sauber - und gut gelegen, um mit dem Auto Monaco, Nizza, Beaulieu-sur-Mer und Menton zu entdecken 😊 Wir waren zu dritt dort mit unserem Sohn 18 Monate, es hat alles gepasst 😊 Und Judith ist eine liebe und so zuvorkommende Gastgeberin! We have just returned from a wonderful stay at Xavier villa set in the valley surrounding the village of St Paul de Vence . The Villa has stunning peaceful views , to enjoy all the lush trees and greenery in front of us . The big hit for us was the terrace and pool which allowed wonderful sunshine all day and then at night idyllic sunsets to enjoy cocktails and dinner . Our first night we noticed a few fire flies in the tree from the terrace which made the place even more enchanting. The villa its self is very clean ,modern and super practical everything we needed for a comfortable stay . We really enjoyed using the downstairs open plan kitchen with great facilities , everything was tidy and orderly . It felt very private, peaceful and relaxing yet there was plenty opportunity to go to the nearby villages . We were so happy when we got to the villa because we had a lovely welcome from Xavier and this is a great villa to find in a very chic area . We loved our stay !

Notre séjour a été exceptionnel. La villa est encore plus belle que sur les photos. Un cadre magnifique pour séjourner dans le sud. Le jardin est très bien entretenu et offre un cadre très reposant. Nous n'avons malheureusement pas pu profiter de la piscine à cause du temps, mais elle est très grande. La cuisine est très bien équipée. La villa est très bien située pour un voyage sur la région à 10 min de l'autoroute, et 30 minutes à peine de Nice. Nos hôtes ont été très accueillants avec une petite surprise pour notre arrivée. Je recommande à 100% tout était vraiment parfait.
