Look out the window and enjoy the beautiful surroundings and nature this area of the Dordogne has to offer. Keep an eye out for deer, owls, red squirrels and many more. We are directly opposite the river beach of Saint Aulaye and on the edge of this historic old village. Wander up the hill to the boulangerie, shops and weekly market. Country House

Completely renovated house located near the village of Saint-Germain-du-Salembre. Ideally located 1 hour from Bordeaux (10 minutes from the A89), 30 minutes from Périgueux and Bergerac, it will allow you to enjoy the peace and quiet of the Dordogne. The 70 m2 house has a large garden and a terrace with countryside views to enjoy outdoor dining. It consists of two bedrooms with two large double beds, a shower room and a separate toilet. Parking is available in front of the house.
