Gracia is a lovely and very responsive host. The apartment is so clean and spacious. Very close to beach, 2 min walk. 2 mins walk to grocery Market also. For anyone working from home, the WiFi does not extend to the bedrooms. Gracia was very helpful in lending us her own extension box to solve the problem. WiFi in sitting room is very fast! can handle multiple devices. Seems like a residential block of very nice families (including the host). The sound proofing is not so good as with alot if apartments, so it can be noisy. Again, Gracia tried to help with this. Beautiful area with very lovely people. Difficult to get to from airport if not driving. Alsa bus goes from Valencia to Gandia 15 mins away and then a taxi to Bellreguard which is sooooo much cheaper than a taxi from airport (€155 ). We had a great time at Gracias place overall.

We spent an excellent 6 weeks in Pascual's apartment. It's modern, bright and very spacious and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The secure parking underneath is also real bonus. The apartment block is very peaceful and there a few cafes in the area you can walk to - and Gandia, the port and other places are an easy 20 minutes drive. Pascual is very friendly and easy going, as is Diyana, who checked us in. Highly recommend.

Antoni's place perfectly met our expectations. It's easy to park nearby with always space even during this period in August. The accommodation is very well arranged and equipped with its main room and bathroom. The terrace is also a plus for breakfast and then for the aperitif and evening meal. it is difficult to stay there at lunchtime🌞. This is one of the best Airbnbs we've rented so far. 😁 We thank Antoni for the promptness of the answers and the cleanliness of the accommodation.👍
