Very flowery garden, with deckchairs, and terrace to have your meals in the shade of olive trees. In the heart of the bike paths, 300 m from the beach, shops and the Ré bus stop. Rest in this very quiet neighborhood.

The house is located in an alley in an impasse framed by roses hoppers, 150m from the main square of the village where you will find all types of shops, including bike rental companies. It is a village house, with the charm of the old, an authentic house that we love.

Located in the heart of the village in a typical Rhétaise alley, this charming house is ideal for a stay with family or friends. Park the car and enjoy a stopover on foot or by bike. The house consists of a living room with lounge area and an open plan kitchen equipped with dining area on the ground floor. The main room opens onto a pretty 10 m2 terrace. Upstairs, two pretty bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, sink & toilet.

This building has been built in XVIII century and overlook the Vieux Port. With its three bedrooms and two bathrooms it allow six people to enjoy very comfortably their stay in la Rochelle. Its exceptional situation made it very convenient for going out to a bar or restaurants very near by or to cook products you have bought a the fresh market (open daily). The living room area includes a sofa and the bedroom area includes a double bed.
