A hallway serving the shower room/toilet, 1 bedroom with 1 140 cm bed and 1 bedroom with 3 90 cm beds. Rental from Sunday to Sunday, unless specifically requested. The beds will be made upon your arrival. Forget your car, you can do everything on foot and/or by bicycle. TOILET LINEN IS NOT PROVIDED

Our vacation home is ideally located in the heart of the village of La Couarde (300 m from the main shopping street. Beaches 800 m away). It is well optimized; a spacious living room, and crossing overlooks a courtyard of 30 m². The kitchen is open and fully equipped. The seating area is in front of the fireplace, the dining room accommodates 6/7 people. 3 double bedrooms with closets + 2 mezzanines with single bed complete the house as well as a shower room and separate toilet.

In the village center : -200 meters from the market -300 m from the church and the center -5 minutes' walk from the beach (450m) Everything is accessible on foot or by bike Beautiful and spacious outdoor space: a large southwest-facing courtyard and a covered courtyard ( ~150m²) The courtyard is accessed directly from the street through a gate, leading to the covered courtyard (very practical for storing bicycle)

The living room area includes a sofa and the bedroom area includes a double bed.
