Our holiday home is ideally located in the heart of the village of La Couarde (300 m from the main shopping street. Beaches at 800m). It is well optimized; a spacious and through living room overlooks a courtyard of 30 m². The kitchen is open and fully equipped. The seating area is located in front of the fireplace, the dining room accommodates 6/7 pers. 3 double bedrooms with closets + 2 mezzanines with a single bed complete the house as well as a shower room and a separate toilet.

Bicycle shed, living room, sunny courtyard, equipped open kitchen, master bedroom with double bed and bunk bed, bathroom, second bedroom with bunk beds and sofa bed, mezzanine with mattress that can be used as 3rd bedroom (1,1m high), 2 separate toilets. House very pleasant in summer as in winter with a underfloor heating and ideal location in the village.
