Our holiday home is ideally located in the heart of the village of La Couarde (300 m from the main shopping street. Beaches at 800m). It is well optimized; a spacious and through living room overlooks a courtyard of 30 m². The kitchen is open and fully equipped. The seating area is located in front of the fireplace, the dining room accommodates 6/7 pers. 3 double bedrooms with closets + 2 mezzanines with a single bed complete the house as well as a shower room and a separate toilet.

The house will seduce you with its calm ,its location close to the center of the village and close to the most beautiful beaches of Ré. The house , completely renovated ( July 2019 ) consists of a large living room on the ground floor overlooking a sunny courtyard.Also, 3 independent bedrooms on the floor. Our house is warm, functional, with a small garden. It is located in Sainte-Marie-de-Ré, in a typical alley of Ile de Ré, 500 m from the beach and 200 m from Place d'Antioche (where you will find all the shops: bakery, butcher, tobacco-press, restaurant, bike rentals...). This house can only accommodate 4 people. It consists of a beautiful living room, equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, separate toilet. The garden is lovely.
