an idyllic weekend between the pool (very well maintained) and the beach 20m away, beautiful! Bright, clean and very well-designed house with 2 separate sleeping areas (5 bedrooms), 3 bathrooms and connecting common areas. Special mention for the very pleasant terrace from which you can hear the waves! We will come back without hesitation!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The village of Sainte Marie is very pretty and with a bike it is possible to take beautiful walks. The house was well furnished and clean. Sylvie responds kindly and quickly to our questions. We are delighted with our stay at his house.

François is a fantastic host. He met us in Saint Martin and showed us around his house. He is very responsive. The house is perfectly located on a very quiet street which is 3 minutes walk to the beautiful shopping streets and 5 minutes to the Harbour. The house is very spacious, comfortable and very stylishly presented. We really enjoyed our short stay and will definitely stay here next time we are in Saint Martin

Pretty rental in La Flotte, quiet, charming decoration, pleasant patio-garden. Downtown La Flotte is within walking distance, with its excellent market and lively harbor.

Great apartment and very convenient walking distance to all amenities. Christele is very sweet. The parking is a bit expensive (approx 20eur/day) but the location is convenient. There is no air conditioning so as the weather heats up in the summer it might be uncomfortable to sleep. It was on the edge last week. Opening the windows is loud and welcome mosquitos. Everything else is good.

impeccable for 3 days and 2 nights with arrival at the port by boat. Exactly what we were looking for. Small, nice terrace for aperitif, spacious and pleasant old accommodation. Well-equipped for 6. We'll be happy to go back.

The apartment is great overall for family of 4. 1 large, but shared bathroom. No separate WC. Some age on the furnishings. Well laid out and had all housewares needed. Decor is curated. Excellent location. Friendly and accommodating host. (AC would have made this an even better stay. )

The apartment is in a great location, minutes walk to the port with restaurants and shops on our doorstep and close to markets etc. Patricia who met us was very helpful and friendly. Our stay was lovely.

We loved the house... incredible location close to the sea and the centre of La Flotte, but away from the noise and bustle. The house sits in the middle of its own walled garden, safe for pets and very, very private. Lots of space to park 2/3 cars as well though the little road to the house is quite narrow. Our mini fitted fine! Audrey and Catherine were super responsive too. Thank you La Flotte for a wonderful holiday!

Beautiful, large, well laid out and tastefully decorated house. Terrace with a very pleasant reclosable pool. Close to the center of Ars. We had a great week there with 9 people.

Beautiful place located a short walk from the beach of Plaisance! A great sandy beach to enjoy pleasant moments! We found in Romain's house and his companion everything we expected: the calm of a large garden under the pine trees, a house in which we knew right away that our stay would be great, the characteristic smells of the seaside...!!! Finally, Romain is very responsive, attentive, and will be good advice to tell you where to treat! Really a great week, we will come back without a problem!!! We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful house - which is so quiet and private on the beautiful beach but close to lots of great areas on île de re! It is a great location to explore from and to rest at after a busy day!

A beautiful beachfront location. A very beautiful family house, tastefully decorated, welcoming and in a peaceful place. We did a lot of walking, in the center of Fouras, within walking distance. You can go to the island of Aix by taking the boat on foot. The weather was nice. Good memories.

Excellent family weekend in this functional house with very neat decor. We felt right at home, from the youngest to the oldest, and were able to enjoy the pool and the very well-equipped outdoor spaces. Nothing was missing, and Stephy's lovely hospitality is noteworthy.
