Monthly Rentals in Gijón

We spent a month in Ivan's apartment and we really enjoyed it. Firstly, it's convenience - it has an underground parking place (a bit small for a larger car but it's how it is in most of Spain), it has a proper desk and an office chair for work, the internet was reliable and we found everything needed to cook, organise our stuff, etc. Its location is great, especially if you have a dog. There is a park a few steps away, another park 15 minutes away, the beach is 25 minutes walking. There are at least a few groceries shops nearby. The apartment itself was clean, nicely organised and decorated, we felt like at home. Ivan was friendly and responsive, provided some tips and recommendations. I'd highly recommend this place.

We were looking for a few days of rest away from the city and the heat, and that's exactly what we found! The house is on the first floor with a terrace, perfect for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The garden, which Maria personally takes care of, is an impressive green, very well cared for, with space to rest and a barbecue area and table. The pool, if the weather is good, is the icing on the cake! Maria recommends what you need and is super attentive to all the amenities you need. She lives on the ground floor, but respects your privacy at all times. If we return to Asturias, we will count on her house again.

Everything is great, the accommodation meets everything that appears in the listing. Very clean and very comfortable to spend a few days. Very conveniently located. The service from the owner is wonderful, he is available for anything.

A very nice and quiet place, comfortable beds, impeccable cleanliness. It's a ten-minute drive to downtown Gijón, but you have the full feeling of being in the countryside. Daniela is very helpful and friendly, she is always attentive. We were very comfortable.
