It was a great place to stay and Javier was very flexible on our check in, offer a lot of good recommendations of food and how to move to the city

The house has everything you need to have a fabulous stay. It has a large kitchen, a large living room, a bedroom with a large double bed and a small one with two beds, the bathroom is also large, toilet paper, several rolls, gel, shampoo, kleenex box, hand soap. It had a large terrace with table and chairs and was on the ground floor. The quiet location, from the terrace you can hear the water of the river, since it is crossing the sidewalk of the apartment. The development has a beautiful entrance, recreating an Andalusian patio. There is a bus that takes you to downtown Granada, number 183. They pass by every hour, at 45 minutes past the hour, and return to Monachil at 10 minutes to the hour, from 2:00 PM until 2:00 PM, and then from 3:00 PM until 11:00 PM, which is the last one. The stop is close to the apartment, a 10-minute walk. Next to a tobacco shop. At the tobacco shop, you can get a card that costs €1.50 and is charged in increments of five euros, and the trip costs you €0.0053. Laura and Hugo are great. I'll be back.

Good location, private apartment with own entrance, ground floor so the kids could play in the snow outside.

A few very pleasant days. Highly recommended. Saray is a cutie. The beaches of Almeria nothing to envy a paradise. The wonderful food,we are left with the typical rice with lobster in the chiringuito de Cabo de Gata in front of the sea , a whole luxurious.Desue to the beach day at dusk live music on the promenade , I leave us hallucinated .I doubtless to repeat. Many thanks for the stay.

Very central apartment, easy to get to all places. Antonia recommends bars, tourist sites etc. Very friendly and attentive to everything. The apartment is very good and equipped with everything!

The apartment is great! It has crockery, pots, spices, napkins, in short, the most complete of the trip. Township washing machine, including soap and softener… The view is beautiful. Silent, clean. Victor is a very kind host!

I was there with my two Kids (3 & 15) and both liked it very much! Especially the pool:) Even it was not so warm… My Favorit was the amazing view you have in the Mountains and the silence! Lovely and cosy house with excellent location. The fact that you can ‘slip out’ the back gate and be in Albaicin centre in less than 5 minutes was a treat. We couldn’t imagine a better location for exploring Albaicin, the Alhambra and the centre of Granada. Very good communication and the house was well equipped, including the kitchen, and spacious.

It's a pretty big house, very nice and very well maintained. We fully occupied it. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. All bedrooms have their own bathroom. Access to the house from the entrance gate is not suitable for people with reduced mobility, it is steep, with steps or with a ramp for vehicles, which, in the end, also ends in a few steps. The decor is nice and the fireplace is ideal for cold nights. Although my husband and I got the tower room because we were the last in the family to arrive at the house, we didn't get cold there, but it has quite steep stairs to access it. The place is quiet, but surrounded by other similar houses. We would have liked to have been more isolated. However, we already knew it would be like this. Both the owner, Alberto, and the lady in charge of the house, Fuensanta, are very friendly and ready to attend to our needs. In conclusion, we will surely repeat on other Christmases.

The place is beautiful. A typical house in the area, with all amenities. When we arrived Cristina had the heaters set up for us to be comfortable and she thanked herself because we were traveling with children. The location is also very good because it is easy to get to with the car to unload the luggage and it is appreciated. Our stay was great, and we will be coming back for sure!

We enjoyed our stay very much. We were looking for private accommodation for a family with a four year old child. So that our daughter could be free in the garden. The pool is clean and very nice. Nearby Orgiva is a charming town. If you want to spend time in peace with your family, this is the place. Breakfast in the shade of an olive tree. Relax by the pool overlooking the beautiful mountains. Barbecue in the evening. Beaches within driving distance. Lots to see nearby (Granada, Pampaneira and more). Antonio is a very communicative and friendly person. He helped us with everything we needed, nothing was a problem. Thank you for everything, we spent a wonderful time here.

Wonderful stay. At all times Joaquín's family and himself super attentive that we did not lack anything. They cared about our well-being at all times. As it appears in the description. We'll definitely be back if we go to the area again.

The house and the surrounding area are very nice. The host is helpful and quick to respond to any inquiry. The only minor drawback that in no way the host can do is more difficult to park in the underground garage.

Amazing views the best we’ve ever experienced from any apartment… !! Really helpful host, Charis is responsive and gave us a great welcome - We spent a month at the apartment, it is well equipped.. with wonderful outdoor furniture - The weather was superb with an morning sunrise and the warm hot sun lighting up the sea scape on the balcony until 2.30pm. We then dropped down to the best sandy beach in La herradura which is just below the apartment, the sea was warm enough to swim in February (like a summers day in the UK) … it was fantastic !!

I was visiting family who live in the village and had my wife and two children (14 and 12) with me. Queta was very friendly and told us about the great local walks and locations. Stunning little village situated in stunning surroundings. Close to a main road and plenty of parking nearby.

Undoubtedly, if we come to Roquetas again, we will stay in Jesus' apartment: friendly and close treatment, and good advice in all aspects (restaurants, places of interest...). One of the things that surprised us was that the apartment is larger than the photos show, making the stay very cozy. In addition, it has to be added that the community pool is great... It should also be noted the ease of parking, as well as the good location that it has... We spent a few days very comfortable!!!

Hot water was running out after some time, but it was easily enough for shower and dishwashing. Everything else has as perfect!

The place was very clean and with a beautiful setting. It was well equipped. There was a problem with electricity going out but James/Jenny were right on top of the issue and responded immediately. The area is gorgeous. I would definitely stay again if back in Spain.
