It is a small apartment of about 25 m, which has all the amenities to enjoy your stay in Granada, since it has an electric coffee maker, air conditioning, Smart TV, small kitchen with appliances and utensils, as well as a separate bathroom. If you rent for three guests, a folding bed is added to the apartment, with the decrease in the useful space, as the apartment does not have a sofa bed. The accommodation is delivered with clean sheets and towels depending on the number of occupants. It is located in the center of Granada, 5 minutes walk from the cathedral, and leisure and tapas areas (Calle Navas, Ganivet…); as well as 30 minutes from the ski resort of Sierra Nevada. Open plan apartment completely renovated with love, style and top quality in a building with a lot of charm and wooden ceilings. It is located on a street restored by UNESCO in the very centre. Next to Plaza Nueva and a few minutes walk from both the Alhambra and the Cathedral, the Paseo de los Tristes, and the beautiful and charismatic neighborhoods of Albaicín and Realejo. Also, right below the apartment, there are buses to the Alhambra and the Albaicin if you don't want to walk uphill.

Beautiful loft in regionalist house early twentieth century in which the famous "cantaor" Enrique Morente Granada was born. It is located in the Barrio del Albayzin and a 3-minute walk from the Cathedral and Plaza Nueva. The famous Alhambra and Mirador de San Nicolas a 10-minute walk. The house has been recently renovated retaining all the architectural elements of the time. The house has a small garden where you can relax and sunbathe at the foot of the Alhambra.

Located in one of the best residential areas of Almería, the environment is surrounded by houses with gardens and common green areas. The property is ideally located, especially if you love the beach. It's literally 2 minutes walk away. It's clean and tidy, and has the amenities you need. I think it would benefit from wifi, but it wasn't a huge problem for me as I had unlimited data on my phone contract. I can't comment on the local amenities as my friends were staying at the other end of the Playa Serena so I spent my time at their location. However, I have been to Roquetas de mar maybe 20 times, so I must like it there. If I come back, I'd certainly consider staying here again. It's great value for money.

Yes the studio is small…but Wow what a deck to have breakfast, enjoy the sun during the day or watch the sunset. Beautiful boardwalk to take you into Centro (30 min) or excellent bus schedule right outside that apartment. Nice restaurants and coffee shops very near spartment. Maria was very helpful throughout our 6 day stay.

We had a fantastic stay in Juan's apartment. For a Studio it was very comfortable, we were four people, and the space was well segregated. The kids slept well in the bunk beds. The apartment had everything we needed and we cooked our meals in the kitchen. Juan was an excellent host and very responsive to any of the queries we had during our stay. We would happily stay there again in the future.
