築年数120年を超える古民家を全面リニューアル。快適さを追求し、古い梁の重厚感と新しい小国杉の木の香りが重ねあい、清潔で落ち着きある空間を作り出しています。 -「yori-toko」について- 明治37に建てられたこの建造物は2019年時点で築年数118年。明治、大正、昭和、平成、そして令和とこの地で見守ってきた建屋は40年近く空き家でした。かつては近隣の子供たちが勉強を教えてもらったり、遊びにきたりして親しまれていたこの建物は、再生すべく。当時の原型に戻し、「ふくちのやどかふぇyori-toko」として生まれ変わりました。「yori-toko」という名前には、かつてこの場所が「寄り場所」として親しまれたように、これからも人々が集う温かい場所であってほしいというオーナーの想いが込められています。基礎工事と断熱材を導入し、現在の気候にあった快適な住まいとなっています。
