Vacation rentals with breakfast in Kyushu

Nice place, good service, and good food for my birthday accommodation. Originally planned BBQ nighttime, but suddenly the weather changed with strong wind. Staff very helpful in arranging the mobile induction cooktop instead of BBQ!

I had such a good time at Tomomi and Masa's house! They were very welcoming, the food was really delicious (breakfast/dinner were some of my favorite parts of the trip), and they were super helpful giving advice for things to do in the area. It's in a suburban neighborhood, so you'll either want a car or be okay walking 15 minutes to the nearest station. I didn't have a car, and Tomomi offered to pick me up from the station when I arrived. With a 15 min-walk to Hon-Yura station it was easy to get to Yamaguchi city or Shimonoseki or even Akiyoshidai (by bus) which is a beautiful national park with a giant cave system to explore. If you're looking for something away from the big cities with an amazing family to stay with, definitely stay here.

We werden heel hartelijk onthaald door Stan en Hiromi. Ze zijn een toonbeeld van gastvrijheid! Hiromi is een fantastische kok, we kunnen dus het ontbijt sterk aanbevelen. Ook de theeceremonie was een leerrijke ervaring. Zonder enige twijfel de eerste keuze voor een verblijf in Kumamoto.

虽然时间很匆忙，但却拥有了一段美好的时光。 很感谢Chiekoさん这几天为了我的出行和早饭忙前忙后，她真的非常非常亲切，知道我喜欢味增汤，专门久违的做了一顿日式早餐，超级感动。每天会准备不一样非常好吃的早餐，每天会担心我的出行能否顺利到达，每晚会准备小点心和饮品。最后一天，即使天气很热，也专门开车带我去她最喜欢的地方，因为Chiekoさん，我喜欢上了福冈，喜欢上了香椎。 下次一定会抽更多的时间来好好感受这座可爱的城市。 素敵な時間を過ごさせていただきました。泊まる間、Chiekoさんが私の外出や朝食のために忙しくしてくれてありがとうございました。Chiekoさんはとても親切で、私が味噌汁が好きだと知っていて、久しぶりに和食の朝食を作ってくれて、とても感動しました。毎日美味しい朝食が用意されていて、毎日私の旅が無事に到着できるか心配で、毎晩お菓子や飲み物を用意してくれました。最終の日には、暑くてもわざわざ車で大好きな場所に連れて行ってくれました。緑がいっぱいで心良い眺めが楽しめました。福岡も香椎も好きになりました。 また、笑顔で会いましょう♪

We had a wonderful stay with the host, whose kindness and humor were exceptional. Stefano thoughtfully prepared handmade bread for breakfast, adding a special touch to the experience. We greatly appreciates the warm hospitality and looks forward to returning to this delightful Airbnb.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Exceptional Stay – Perfect Home Away From Home! My brother and I recently stayed at this Airbnb, and we cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience! From start to finish, everything was seamless, comfortable, and thoughtfully curated. Home owners welcomes us warmly when we arrives and made us feel comfortable at home. They have cute lovely dog and cat comes to greet you whenever are around. I would definitely recommend driving around this beautiful town.

A gem of an Airbnb, run by the loveliest, kindest, and generous hosts. Tomoko san and Isao san treated me more like a member of their family, than a guest! We had fun conversations, drank shochu together, sang songs, and they generously shared their dinner with me. Tomoko san makes an amazing breakfast, and we had it together looking at the beach from the warm living room. Isao san took me out to some neighboring attractions and showed me his work raising bees. Tomoko san packed me a snack pack for my long journey to Hiroshima, which was delicious. I chose the ocean view room. Waking up to a beautiful sunrise bouncing off the water was a special highlight of the stay. If you have the opportunity to stay here, you should take it!

Megumi was truly one of the best hosts I’ve ever had. She genuinely cares about her guests and goes above and beyond to make sure they feel at home. On our last day, she kindly offered to drive us to the train station in the pouring rain and even surprised us with a homemade cake. Her home is beautiful, and she is a kind, thoughtful person. She gave us great local recommendations and generously let us borrow her bikes to explore the area. Her breakfasts were absolutely delicious and clearly made with care. If you’re looking for a place to stay, I highly recommend choosing Megumi’s home.

편안하고 좋은 공간이였습니다. 주변이 편의시설도 많이 있어서 지내기 불편함이 없었습니다.

Very convenient location with the Airport subway line just a 10 min walk away, and multiple buses from Hakata Station that stop just 3 mins away. The 7-11 just across the road was a great place for supper and snacks. Ohori Park and Paypay Dome are definite must sees too! I really enjoyed my stay and hosts were very responsive and helpful with directions and other inquiries. The room was comfy and had all I could need. Would stay here again no doubt!

장점 : 주변이 정말 조용합니다, 일본 동네의 감성을 느끼기 좋습니다, 집 앞에 버스 정류장과 로손편의점이 있습니다, 가격이 저렴합니다, 방이 넓습니다(3명이서 캐리어 펴도 충분합니다), 침대가 정말 편안합니다! 근래 머물렀던 숙소 중 가장 편안했습니다 단점 : 저렴하지만 위치가 먼만큼 교통비가 많이 듭니다. 3일동안 하카타역에서 숙소로 이동할 때 택시를 이용했는데 12만원 정도가 나왔습니다. 하카타 역 > 숙소 (택시 기준 약 17-20분 거리) 하카타로 이동할 때 집 앞 버스를 탄다면 환승을 해야합니다, 집 안이 매우 춥습니다 따듯한 이불이 제공되지만 5월 초인 지금도 저녁에 바람이 많이 들어왔습니다, 부엌이 청결하지 않습니다, 콘센트가 침대 위 벽에 하나, 아래 벽에 하나뿐입니다. 교통비를 감안하더라도 넓은 방과 일본 가정집의 감성을 느끼고싶다면 추천드립니다;)

中心街からとても近く、駅からも近くて便利でした。すぐ近くにコンビニ、商店街があり飲食や買い物に全く困らなかったです。早朝から開いている焼きたてパン屋さんや、総菜屋さん、スーパーもありました。少し歩けば銭湯もあり、ここはシャンプー、ボディソープをサービスで貸してくれます。公園や海岸も近く、散歩も楽しめました。福岡で宿泊する際にはまたぜひ利用したいです。

非常にゆっくりくつろげました。 管理人様も優しく、色々ご丁寧にサポートしていただきました。 ありがとうございました。

오직 레스토랑의 식사가 너무 기대되어 이틀 밤을 묵게 되었습니다. 숙소는 정말 깨끗하고 아늑했으며, 35년 넘는 시간 동안 이 공간을 정성껏 가꿔오신 사장님께 깊은 감사의 마음이 들었습니다. 유후인 역에서도 도보로 가까워 찾아가기 편했고, 무엇보다 좋은 분위기 속에서 흐르는 편안한 음악과 함께 정성스럽게 제공된 식사는 정말 최고였습니다. 신선한 샐러드와 깊은 맛의 파스타, 향긋한 커피와 정성 가득한 디저트까지 어느 하나 빠짐없이 훌륭했습니다. 식사 후 사장님과 이런저런 이야기를 나누는 시간도 무척 따뜻했고, ‘Minaminokaze’라는 이름에 담긴 뜻을 들으며 감동을 받았습니다. 꼭 다른 계절에도 다시 방문하고 싶습니다. 따뜻한 환대와 친절에 다시 한 번 감사드립니다.

My stay at Koichiro's place was quite long- two months while I studied at Nagasaki University. I had a very comfortable double room with a clean bathroom next door, and was cooked delicious big breakfasts by Noko san five days per week. Fridge, kettle, WiFi all in room. It was a great stay, and Koichiro san and his daughter Megumi were always very helpful if I had any questions. The room is close to Sakura machi tram so if going to university /the A-bomb museum it's easy, and it's walking distance (10-15 min) from the room to Meganebashi bridge, Suwa shrine and the centre of town and lots of restaurants. If I was to say any negatives about the place it's probably that some of the bedrooms overlook the road so you can hear the cars at night, but they do provide earplugs and I guess that's the price of staying close to the centre of town! Overall it was an amazing stay, would recommend. Thank you Koichiro!!

1년전 2월에 방문 후 두번째 방문입니다 호스트 가족분들 모두 여전히 너무 친절하셨고 야마츠바사 온천도 숙소에서의 식사도 정말 만족스러웠어요 시골이라 고즈넉하고 평화로운 분위기도 정말 마음에 들었고 고양이들도 귀엽습니다 고양이들이 문을 잘 여니까 고양이 알러지가 심하시면 조금 조심하시는게 좋고, 여름 시골이라 작은 벌레가 조금 있는건 생각하고 오시는게 좋아요 고양이들 정말 개냥이들이고 호스트분들도 너무 따스하셔서 정말 힐링이어서 다음에도 또 방문하고 싶을 정도에요 후쿠오카 여행중 시골 일본, 온천 체험하고 싶으시면 정말 추천드려요ㄱ 그리고 거리가 멀어서 픽업이용하는걸 추천드립니당

Stayed 2 nights at Shuji-san’s place located just above his restaurant. The place was comfortable, clean and came with amazing homemade Italian breakfast which was the highlight of my day! Thank you Shuji-san for your hospitality and recommendations!

Yumi est vraiment une super hôte. Elle a pris soin de venir me chercher à ma gare car je n'ai pas de voiture. Elle m'a donné beaucoup d'indications et m'a aidé à prendre le bus quand je suis parti. Nous avons pu discuter de beaucoup de choses, en anglais et en japonais. La maison se situe au plus près de la nature, et permet de se reposer. L'environnement est magnifique. Génial !

Great accommodation locating in the mountain and surrounded with woods. Super comfortable mattress and soft duvett, well furnished room plenty of storages. Bathroom and kitchen are also well equipped with practical facilities. Separated entrance directly access to the property. Can hear the sound of the nature and breath the pure fresh air when doors are open, and get immediately quiet world when closed. Landlord Bill and Akio are very kind, hospitable, and patient. We enjoyed the delicious English breakfast with beautiful Japanese style garden view, heartily prepared by Bill every morning. Feeling even better than home, so 2 days of stay is too short. The rainy Kyushu is already inviting me for the second visit.
