Private Log Cabin with Stone Bath

VeronicaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We had a very comfortable and relaxing stay. Kurokawa Onsen area is just approximately a 5 minute drive from the property. The private onsen available on the property was definitely a big plus point and was very relaxing. The place was very clean, and we were able to keep warm throughout the night. Just do note that your baggage needs to be brought up a flight of stairs to enter the house. Would highly recommend staying here!

It was spacious for my family to stay, and there was a separate bed and tatami room, so I slept comfortably. The hot springs are also satisfactory both indoors and outdoors. I want to go again.

Pet friendly/2-story log house/with natural hot spring/2-5 people

TanoueRating, 5 stars3 months ago
I was honestly concerned about the cold with glamping in the snow, but the inside of the cabin was well warm and not an issue at all.Especially after bathing, I realized that my body was warm and that there was a good hot spring. The dog stayed with us, but there were plenty of amenities and we had a comfortable stay without any coarse. Thank you very much.

[With sauna and bath!] 3 bedrooms/maximum 10 people/great ocean view/also good for sightseeing in Amakusa!

The most beautiful place in Kyushu! Enjoyed our stay so much. The house is so beautiful, the garden enchanting, the sauna + onsen+ bathtub of real luxury....and the view priceless. The welcome was also very attentive. Unfortunately, there is no couch in the living room, or any other cozy seating. There were also only 2 loungers outside. We wanted to stay longer because this place was so good for us!

Cottage-Peach- ;Private log house 1BR*Steep ladder

EmilyRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Peach Cottage at El Campo is a cute little cabin among a handful of similar private Airbnbs surrounded by the picturesque forest. I needed to change our reservation dates a couple of weeks out and our hosts Keita and Nodoka were super responsive and accomodating. Finding the location and checking in were both easy and all communication - from instructions on using the wood burner fireplace and bath to a great restaurant recommendation - was warmly provided. The cabin itself is really cosy and warm, perfect for the two of us. We only stayed one night, after visiting Takachiho gorge and before heading south to Kagoshima and Gokase provided us with a lovely little rest in between.
A wood-structured cabin elevated on stilts is surrounded by trees. The cabin features a porch with a railing, allowing for views of the surrounding nature. Soft afternoon light filters through the windows, illuminating the warm wooden tones of the exterior.

One whole log house renting for healing & relaxing

johypaRating, 5 stars4 months ago
I thought it was a typical log house, but it was a lovely house that pleasantly surprised me. Well calculated to the corners, no shortcuts, the best log house so far. Well-designed layout and flow lines, a large kitchen, and a harmony between high and low ceilings. The wood stove in particular was the highlight of all the facilities. Iki has a strong summer image, but it made me think that you should come in winter to experience this wood stove. Since the owner was the maker of the wood stove, it was well made and could be used for various dishes, and it was an indispensable item that warmed the atmosphere of the entire house. I thought I'd like to live in a house with a wood stove like this in the future. They also provided rice and mochi for free, which made me feel like I was visiting my parents' home. Our group was 11 people, but there were plenty of sinks and toilets. However, there was only one bath and shower, so there was a slight congestion, but it was not a problem because there were a lot of people. The children also had a very satisfying family stay. Of course, we were blessed with good weather. If you come to Iki again, this is the place.

We had a great stay in this beautiful cabin in the woods by the lake! The host was wonderful - very responsive, friendly and flexible with check in. The cabin was brilliant! Spacious with a great heat pump, WiFi, kitchenette and toilet. The bed was very comfortable. It was lovely to wake up in a peaceful setting and have the view of the lake. I wish we had been able to stay longer.
