Our facility [Sangakuin] is a house that is like a hideaway, quietly nestled in a residential neighborhood. It has a Japanese-style room with tatami mats and a small Japanese garden, and you can enjoy the first floor of a house that feels like a peaceful Japanese life. We provide a stroller so that you can spend time with peace of mind even with small children. We also have bicycles available for free and a Nintendo Switch that you can enjoy indoors. There are local restaurants and shopping areas within walking distance where you can experience real Fukuoka life, so please enjoy cycling and walking. LaLaport Fukuoka is also recommended. - In front of the station & double access 2-minute walk to the nearest JR Sasabaru Station! 2 stations from Hakata station, 7 minutes by train. Nishitetsu Ijiri Station is also a 7-minute walk away. The facility is not centrally located, but you can easily access Hakata and Tenjin by train. • There is a free parking lot (2 cars can be parked in a row), but the front road and width are narrow, so if you are not good at parking a large car such as a family car, please use the coin-operated parking lot in the neighborhood. There are several within 4 minutes on foot. Please see the photo of the parking lot.

The room is an auto-locked building, and you can rest assured in a nice room of 49 m ². There are 4 semi-double beds + 1 single bed, and free Wi-Fi is available during your stay. There is a room in the downtown area, so there may be noise. We also provide hand towels, bath towels, and toothbrushes. All rooms are private on the 7th floor. The room is non-smoking, but if the guest who used it at the last minute did not follow the rules and smoke, there may be a smell of cigarettes in the room. We will carefully clean it with deodorant, but the smell may not completely disappear in some cases. Please refrain from those who are concerned. If there is a third party entry without declaring the additional number of guests, we will stop using the room at that time or charge a penalty fee from Airbnb at a later date.
