Our stay at the host's place was pleasant. Clear check in instructions and easy to navigate. There is a bus stop nearby and a walkable distance of around 10-12minutes to the nearest Enmachi JR station. The room we had is clean and just nice for a group of 3. All the basic necessities were available and the host responses was prompt and helpful. We were glad to stay at the area and hope to come again.

A spacious room is presented with tatami flooring and a low table situated at the center. Comfortable seating pads are arranged around the table. Beyond a wooden divider, a bright sleeping area features a large bed and a wall-mounted television.

We had a lovely stay here, the room was bright and spacious and kitchen had everything we needed. Staff at the reception was great at communicating and very friendly. Check-in was easy and being able to do laundry in the same building was a big plus for us. Thank you for hosting us :)

An amazing place to be! Space like this is a luxury in Japan, and the ability to have both Japanese- and Western-style sleeping in the same place is a treat. We enjoyed the space and found the staff to be very helpful when needed. Easy to walk to many interesting places. There is an elevator to get your bags (and yourself) from floor to floor, including access to street level (although you have to enter the lobby first and take it down).

We had a great stay here for our week-long trip to Osaka. Being so close to Shin-Osaka station was very convenient as it allowed us to get anywhere from nearby areas like Shinsaibashi and Namba, to more further areas like Kyoto and Uji within a short train ride away. We checked in with ease late into the evening as we completed the pre-registration/pre-check in prior to arriving to the AirBnB, so as long as you complete that ahead of time, check in should be a breeze. Having an in-unit washing machine came in hand on our last day. However, there is no heat dry option, only fluff/air dry, so be mindful of that when you’re doing laundry and make sure to allow at least a full day-day and a half for your clothes to hang dry. The abundance of hangers and a drying rack were a nice touch. Oh, and the comforters are so comfy! Overall, we loved how easily accessible everything was and would definitely recommend this place!

El alojamiento de Lan nos ha encantado. El barrio es tranquilo y muy local, de casitas bajas, y cerca está el templo To-ji, con la pagoda de madera más alta de Japón. Para ir a las atracciones turísticas más importantes necesitas coger el autobús. La habitación estaba impecablemente limpia y tenía todo lo necesario. Las vistas desde la azotea de toda la ciudad son muy bonitas.

The place was in a perfect location and was within a 10 minute walk to Kyoto Station. Also it was 5 minutes away from a couple of bus stops which was key for us since we were exploring all parts of Kyoto. As for the space, it was big for 2 people and very clean! We had a minor issue with our washer/dryer, but they were responsive and fixed it right away. Overall my wife and I enjoyed our stay. We would definitely come back!

깨끗하고 넓고 너무 좋았어요 다만 조금 추웠는데 이건 어쩔 수 없는 것 같아용 역에서는 조금 거리가 있지만 그래도 쉬기에는 너무 좋았어요 따듯한 물도 잘 나오고 분위기도 좋아요. 다음에도 한번 더 방문해보려고 합니다

Studio apartment near the Imperial Palace

This was a lovely apartment that had everything we needed. The washing machine was a huge bonus. It was very clean and well located. The only two small things was that we weren't given our room number but luckily the host was very close by so it was sorted quickly. And, there's no lift and the stairs are very narrow and steep. This means if you've got heavy luggage it will be quite a strain!
