Nice high standard cabin for rent. Located in a small private cottage area with a short distance to Norefjell ski resort. Hiking and skiing trails in the immediate vicinity. The nearest village is Noresund. There you will find shops and a gas station. 1st floor contains hallway, storage room, large bathroom with sauna, 1 bedroom with family bed, (Space for 3), Living room and open kitchen solution. On the 2nd floor there are 2 bedrooms + a small living room with a seating area. There is also a day bed. Bedroom 1: double bed, bedroom 2: two single beds.

We live in one of the houses and also rent out a cabin and the apartment on the top floor on AIRBNB. ("Rofshus2" and "Lita hytte i solfylt gårdstun") Patio with table, chairs and barbecue. Great views of Totak and the mountains. 5 min drive to the city center with shops and groomed cross-country ski trails. 10 min to ski resorts. Good WIFI. Great hiking opportunities in summer. Farmhouse from 1860 that has been renovated so that old meets new. Brand new bathroom with large bathtub with lion feet where you can stretch out completely. Private shower if you'd rather use it. There is also a washing machine and dryer in the bathroom. Combined kitchen and living room with large wood-burning stove that is great to gather around on a cold winter day. Two bedrooms with beds for a total of 5 people. A couple of extra guest beds can also be added and there is the possibility to sleep on the sofa so there is room for many.

Modern, newly renovated apartment with a very central location in Gaustablikk. The apartment is located on the 1st floor with a veranda/patio in a nice building with six units. Ski in/out both in terms of alpine and cross country skiing. Short distance to Gaustablikk mountain hotel with restaurant, swimming pool, spa, "Den Lykkelige Sportsmann" and ski center (about 200-300 meters). The apartment has 3 bedrooms (1 bedroom with family bed and 2 bedrooms with double bed). Well equipped for 7 people with all necessary equipment.

Newer cabin with great views and nice hiking opportunities

Viking age hut listed in 2017 in Øygarden hut area. It is a small cabin area with good distance between the cabins and you have great hiking opportunities just outside the door. The cabin has 3 bedrooms. There is room for 7, but it is best suited for couples or families with children. There is a personal touch to the cabin as it is often used by us as well, so there will be basic goods in kitchen cabinets and there may be goods in refrigerators with durability. Use whatever you need during your stay.
