Skiin/out The cabin borders directly on the hiking and high mountain terrain east behind the cabin. A great hiking terrain inwards the Silkedalen. Short distance to many fishing waters and nice swimming areas. The area is known for good skiing conditions throughout the winter with 150 km of cross-country ski trails, 12 lifts and 26 downhill slopes. Shared lift pass and ski bus between the lifts. Walking distance to restaurants, après-ski, shop, bakery, pool, paddle tennis, etc. Shared parking space 40 meters from the apartment. The apartment is equipped with duvets and pillows. Guests bring their own bed linen and towels. Can be rented at the hotel if desired. West facing terrace with sun every hour of the day. Guests do their own cleaning. Please note: The sauna stove is out of order.

We live in one of the houses and also rent out a cabin and the upstairs apartment on AIRBNB. ("Rofshus2" and "Lita cabin in sunny farmhouse") Patio with table, chairs and barbecue. Great view of Totak and the mountains. 5 min to drive to the city centre with shops and driven cross country trails. 10 min to the ski centers. Great WIFI. Great summer hiking opportunities. Charger for electric car 5 min away.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms (1 bedroom with family bunk and 2 bedrooms with double bed). Well equipped for 7 people with all necessary equipment.

The apartment ligher on 1 floor, and has a very nice location on Norefjell just above Norefjellhytta, with ski in/ ski out. Summertime, the possibilities are also many, including a golf course with 18 holes, great hiking trails in the high mountains and in the woods, fishing and swimming facilities. Norefjell is Oslo's nearest high mountain and is about a 1.5 hour drive from Oslo.
