wonderful holiday stay at Vaikom, this property offers both comfort and warmth. Mr. Binu, a responsive host, and his dad, Mr. Ramachandra Panickar (a retired IAF officer), was truly welcoming and kind. The house help, Mr. Surendran and his wife, Ms. Rethi Chechi, went above and beyond, treating us like family and preparing delicious meals, tailored for our kids’s liking. The property itself is lovely, featuring three well-maintained bedrooms with attached bathrooms that were spotless from the moment we arrived. Binu also shared helpful contact details for renting a car, making commuting around easy at affordable costs. The breakfast, priced at 150 per person, included idli, dosa, vada, and boiled banana with chutney and sambar. For lunch and dinner, the non-veg option (fish/chicken) was 250 per person was worth for the price point, quality and quantity served while the vegetarian meal was 225. Would definitely visit the next time!

Loved my stay here at the Little Chembuka. Definitely one of the highlights of my trip to India. The room was very comfortable, the location was terrific just by the water and the food & service were fantastic. Jes and his team personally cook up 5* meals every day for you and all the ingredients are fresh. I also did the sunrise tour and food tour which were great. I got taken to some really local and non-touristy places I would never have found on my own. The reviews here really live up to the hype. If you are looking for somewhere great to stay in the backwaters this is it!

This lake front property is way better than what the pictures show. Ken and Suresh were amazing at hosting us. There's quite a bit of open space outside the house to hang out as a large group by the water. And multiple food options to order from Swiggy too, apart from the food cooked at home. Also, there are multiple things to do while here: Don't miss out on kayaking to the nearby island. Visit Marari beach and its shacks. Rent a houseboat, the jetty is close by. Overall, strongly recommend the place.

A memorable stay, we enjoyed every moment spent, walk in paddy fields, stroll and cycling by the river, the morning and evening boat rides. the best part was the complimentary boat pick and drop, my kids loved it. Venu Sir was there always ready to help, and guiding for the local activities, we would definitely like to visit agay

We had a wonderful stay at Ekantha Ala. As described, the property is tucked away in the interior part of the city. The road leading to the property was very narrow, but we encountered no major hindrances. The property is ideal for those seeking a calm and serene environment, nestled by the backwaters. Special thanks to Alex and Akhil, the caretakers, who were extremely hospitable. Sunithi from Romehome also assisted us by periodically checking on our needs during our visit. We experienced no issues and had a comfortable stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb house and can’t recommend it enough. The space was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The kitchen was fully stocked, perfect for preparing meals, and the backyard was a great spot to relax in the evenings. The host was incredibly welcoming, offering great local recommendations and quick to respond to any questions. Located in a quiet neighborhood yet close to everything I wanted to see, this place made my trip feel extra special.

Our stay at Vishnu’s place was great! We loved the calm environment of the farm. We could bike to the beach everyday and have nice local food around the property. The room was spacious and comfortable.

We had a fantastic time at Tranquil Waters. It is as named, an incredibly tranquil and relaxing place to stay, beautifully located projecting into the lake and surrounded by a lush garden. The house is very comfortable and we were looked after by both Geeta who cooks amazingly and Sumesh who can arrange boat trips and kayaking. This is all orchestrated by Jacob who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay.

a perfect place for our office anniversary trip. we had a great time with such a great ambience and the availability of outdoor sports made it a fun day. the sunset cruise was beautiful and special thanks to Sebin the caretaker for carrying one of our colleagues, who had a cast on his leg, to and from the boat. overall highly recommend this place for a fun, intimate gathering.
