The place is right on the beach front as mentioned and very easy to find. The beach itself is very secluded and will feel like a private beach. Although Alleppey is 25Kms away, it is a straight road from here and you should reach there very quickly; you will also find lots of calm serene beaches along the way. The property has 2 seperate rooms, each can host upto 5 people. There are separate mattresses provided as well. The patio and kitchen is common, and there is a caretaker on the property who will assist you. There is a seperate 500₹ fee to use the gas incase you want to cook something for yourself. In our case, the host was kind enough to let it slide since one of the room's AC broke down (not anyone's fault obviously). He also tried to get the AC fixed on the same day. Overall you will not be disappointed if you book this stay, extremely serene and calm.

You definitely won’t regret spending your money here, it’s worth every penny. It’s a wonderful place to get lost in nature. Caretaker Sarath was really helpful.

Another fantastic stay at Sara's Riverview! The house is spacious and beautifully done! A large courtyard surrounded by greenery! All amenities for a long stay are provided for. The host Saiju and his brother Biju are one of the best! We love frequenting this homestay!!!

We took a private pool cottage with two bedrooms for our family of 5 including two kids. The cottage was neat, private and the pool was the right size for the kids. The pool was also maintained well. The food was homely and tasty and was reasonable price. There was a small water fall and a stream inside the property. They are still developing the property and it would have been nice to have. a small hike in the property with pathways through the cardamom plantations. They gave coupons for us to the nearby vagamon heights adventure park which was also great and did some activities there Vipin , the caretaker was always available on phone. He was very pleasant and always ready to help with all our needs. A great place for a family vacation

a perfect place for our office anniversary trip. we had a great time with such a great ambience and the availability of outdoor sports made it a fun day. the sunset cruise was beautiful and special thanks to Sebin the caretaker for carrying one of our colleagues, who had a cast on his leg, to and from the boat. overall highly recommend this place for a fun, intimate gathering.

The stay at Swastham was great and unforgettable experience. Mr. Joy was so helpful and very friendly. The bungalow has a massive plantation where Mr. Joy took us for visit, it was so pleasant and informative. He described about the plants and cultivation process, my kids and wife enjoyed very well. Had homemade foods daily which is so tasteful. One day Mrs. Joy cooked traditional Kerala style breakfast and it was truly tasty. Every morning we wake up by hearing beautiful sounds of the birds and hot coffee and sit out is unbelievable. There are two caretakers and they were very friendly and we felt like staying in our home. I highly recommend this place. Truly truly amazing. Jestin was a wonderful host, going above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. The house was cozy and well-equipped, and the neighborhood was perfect for exploring the city. The garden is a serene oasis, perfect for morning coffee. Kudos to our host for maintaining it so beautifully. Jestin family's warm hospitality made us feel right at home. I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The host was very responsive and made check-in a breeze. I especially loved the little touches like fresh towels and a fully stocked kitchen. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area! Would definitely stay here again.

The response time was quick from the Host (Alan). Everything was perfect as shown and described. It was really a cute and small property free from disturbance, pollution and mesmerizing views during the sunset. I loved how patiently they built this house. Host proactive approach and smile just made my day. I would definitely recommend this property to my friends and colleagues if they're planning to visit Cochin. You may also visit the Nearby Backwaters and fish farming ponds for sightseeing and boat ride. But the thing which I didn't like was the market for groceries is quite far, so you need to walk atleast 1-2 kms to get there. But keeping that aside I would recommend you just simply grab it.
