In Älvängen center, there is everything you can think of in service grocery stores, pharmacy, shoe store, flower shop, etc. In Ale municipality there are golf, hiking trails, bike paths, paddling opportunities, fishing waters, etc.

Large grass lawn to run around, safe, tranquil and rich in wildlife. A peace full paradise. The hot tub is not open during the winter due to the water freezing, from November to March. The sauna is open all year round.

Fantastic mill with history from the 16th century. In the kitchen there is a dishwasher, induction stovetop, oven and microwave, fridge/freezer. In the small TV room there is a smart TV.
