Around the whole house is the large balcony. Below is a cozy path (50 m) to the private jetty for a morning swim. Take a ride with the rowing boat and try your luck fishing or borrow our two SUPs. Here you live close to nature and sea in a very quiet neighborhood. The home is tastefully decorated that creates peace and harmony. The property is of a high level and with 2 patios. Nice walks along the beaches or forests directly next to the house. This home is suitable for those who want to relax in a quiet environment and get away from stress. The accommodation is best suited for 1-2 people and you are most welcome to bring your pet. The accommodation offers a microwave and barbecue grill as well as a tea/coffee maker.

Here you also find a small beach and rocks to bath from. Ryskärjsfjorden is famous for its kayaking and also on the winter for its ice skating (when it gets cold). Its 30 km till Gothenburg and 24 km to Marstrand (9 km with boat) (beautiful summer island). Newly refurbished small guesthouse with room for up to four people.

We live in the very scenic area of Öijared, only 30 km from Gothenburg. The area provides lots of possibilities for recreation with beautiful foot- and cycle paths, Nääs Castle, café, crafts and only 1,5 km from one of Northern Europes largest golfcourses.
