Around the whole house is the large balcony. Below is a cozy path (50 m) to the private jetty for a morning swim. Take a ride with the rowing boat and try your luck fishing or borrow our two SUPs. This guest house has an exclusive location with its own bathing path (200 m) down to Finnsjön, where a rowing boat is also included. There are nice swimming areas, exercise trails, illuminated trails, outdoor gym, cycling and hiking trails, perfect for outdoor enthusiasts! Only 15 minutes by car into central Gothenburg. You live in a newly produced house of 36 sqm with room for 2-4 people and your own private, furnished patio. Coffee, tea and muesli/flakes are included. During the high season May-September, only reservations for a minimum of 2 people are accepted.

Relax in this unique and tranquil accommodation with views that extend across the entire Askimsfjorden all the way out to Tistlarna. Here you can sit and study nature, the archipelago, hear the seagulls' cries with your morning coffee and go down and take a morning swim as the first thing you do. Children can move freely in the area as there is no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the area. This is a charming and clean apartment surrounded by a beautiful garden. The perfect place to relax after discovering the island of Tjörn. 2 kilometers to the sea with nice places to swim, grocery store and pizza place. Tourist tips: From Rönnäng, take the ferry to Åstol and Dyrön, (islands with no cars). Klädesholmen and Skärhamn. Sundsby säteri, 2 km from the apartment - very good place for hiking. Stenungsund - closest shoppingcenter. Here is also several restaurants.

Lillstugan

Welcome to the homey cottage located in the middle of our smallholding. The landscape is rural and serene, yet Gothenburg is only twenty minutes away by bus from Eriksdal. While staying, you have the forest close, offering charming paths in a nature reserve, or longer hiking's along Bohusleden. Enjoy your breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening at the patio. However, take to heart the gentle neighs from horses, mischievous sheeps and our kids playing with the dog!

There's also a travel bed for the really little ones. Bathroom with shower, washing machine and space to hang clothes. Close to forest and lake with a lot of fish. 8 minutes to bus syncing by commuter train to Gothenburg 15 min 20 min walk to nice football field with mini golf and swimming area, 14 minutes to shopping center by car ICA Lidl system company and some other pharmacy flowers broker sports store, health center 10 min by car in the local village Nol.

Outdoor grill available. Large plot with quiet location. Close to nature and the sea! One of the west coast's best locations with proximity to gems such as Tjörn, Orust and Marstrand.

Gäststuga på ca15 kvadrat med pentry och liten toalett. Tillgång till stor altan med sol hela dagen. Gäststugan ligger på vår tomt med möjlighet till parkering. Dusch och tvättstuga finns i bostadshuset med egen ingång i källaren. Goda kommunikationer in till Göteborg via buss eller tåg. I vår trädgård vistas våra katter och höns.
