Around the whole house is the large balcony. Below is a cozy path (50 m) to the private jetty for a morning swim. Take a ride with the rowing boat and try your luck fishing or borrow our two SUPs. You live in a newly produced house of 36 sqm with room for 2-4 people and your own private, furnished patio. Coffee, tea and muesli/flakes are included. During the high season May-September, only reservations for a minimum of 2 people are accepted.

Relax in this unique and tranquil accommodation with views that extend across the entire Askimsfjorden all the way out to Tistlarna. Here you can sit and study nature, the archipelago, hear the seagulls' cries with your morning coffee and go down and take a morning swim as the first thing you do. Children can move freely in the area as there is no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the area. Unique turn-of-the-century apartment in central Kungälv in a detached villa. The apartment has its own entrance, bedroom, bathroom with washing machine, kitchen, living room and balcony. The apartment is part of the house we live in. 20-25 minutes to Gothenburg by bus/car. You are close to Fontin, Bohus Fortress and Marstrand. 10-minute walk to the bus stop. Free Wi-Fi. Free parking 150 meters from the house along the street or paid parking (SEK 60/day) further down the same street. Bed linens, towels and cleaning are included.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids) .The cottage is about 30 square meters and associated sauna cabin with shower, toilet, and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Great opportunities for fishing, motorboat to hire!

Welcome to the homey cottage located in the middle of our smallholding. The landscape is rural and serene, yet Gothenburg is only twenty minutes away by bus from Eriksdal. While staying, you have the forest close, offering charming paths in a nature reserve, or longer hiking's along Bohusleden. Enjoy your breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening at the patio. However, take to heart the gentle neighs from horses, mischievous sheeps and our kids playing with the dog!

To public transport by bus from the stop Stora björn (21) 5 min, tram from the stop teleskopsgatan (11) 15 min. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place.
