Lovely property♥️, perfect for a group of five. The indoor pool in the Naalukett and the interiors deserve special mention. The night sky looked magical. Homely food (only vegetarian) was delicious. We’d go again in a heartbeat.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful private villa. The place was exactly as describe, perfect for a relaxing getaway. One of the highlights was the stunning living room with a fully openable wall that overlooked the river and garden - like an indoor-outdoor lounge. It created a seamless connection with nature and was simply breathtaking. The 3BHK villa was spacious, clean, and came with a lovely pool. The caretaker and the chechi who stayed on-site to help with housekeeping and preparing quick meals were courteous and helpful, making our stay all the more comfortable. The location was serene and peaceful - ideal for unwinding.

Though it is not close to Vagamon, excellent home to stay and Cristo is very friendly. I can give 100 out of 100 for the home food made and services by the host. We were lucky since it was rained, so we got very good bath at the falls behind the house. Thank you for all the service

The property is truly a hidden gem. We were all genuinely delighted upon arriving and seeing how beautiful the place was. The weather worked in our favor as well, with a gentle drizzle that added to the serene atmosphere. The view from the property is simply stunning. The space is impeccably maintained, cozy, and offers ample privacy—ideal for a relaxing getaway. A heartfelt thank you to both the caretaker and the chef for their excellent service. Shiju, the caretaker, was always reachable and extremely helpful throughout our stay, and the meals prepared felt wonderfully homely. A special mention goes to ‘Cookie’, the energetic and adorable pet dog, who brought so much joy to our visit. I would confidently recommend this property to friends and family. Please continue the great work, and I truly hope to return someday.

A great stay for families with kids... Well maintained rooms with clean restrooms and a fully equipped kitchen made our stay very pleasant... The Caretaker (Sanal) of the property was very helpful and made sure we had everything at all times.. Overall a great experience

Very beautiful place nearby a river. a hut is also made there were we enjoyed our breakfast and dinner. the stay was in between jungle so we could hear birds chirping n sound of the river as well..

Mr Avinash was an excellent host.He was very responsive.We didn't find any difficulty in checking in.He and is wife came in person and ensured a hassle free check in and gave us a home tour.The house was very clean and well maintained. It was as described in the pictures.Bathrooms were clean and house had all amenities required for our stay .Such a beautiful well maintained beautiful house in a calm atmosphere. He also connected us with a nearby hotel so we could have our food delivered home.Even the check out was also easy. I will definitely recommend this to everyone who are coming to visit ilaveezhanpoonchira or muttom town.

It was a very comfortable stay. very cozy space. Loved the kitchen and drinking water availability with no tension! Host is great. surroundings are very beautiful. Overall it was 10 on 10.

You would never expect such a property in this location. The host, Surabhi, made us feel right at home, treating us like family. From check-in to check-out, she ensured that all our needs were met and kept us informed about what to expect. Our entire family enjoyed every moment of our stay. The only downside was that we could only stay for one day. We will definitely consider coming back here.

Firstly, I’d like to sincerely thank Mr. Baby for his warm hospitality and for always being available whenever we needed anything during our stay. I was traveling with my entire family, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The view from the property was stunning, with a beautiful waterfall just a short 10-minute walk away. We wanted to skip Kochi and stay somewhere on the way to Munnar. I found this place at affordable price and was skeptical about how the place would be. But as soon as we reached, we loved everything about the place. Surrounding is very peaceful. Property is 2 BHK with large hall, TV and kitchen utensils. As we traveled with baby, we made baby food in kitchen. That was a plus point. Uncle George treated us like a family and was very kind. Basically you get full package within this stay. Thanks andrew!

I came here for an one night stay with my twin babies of nine month old along with my wife. The location was very easy to locate and Jeethu sirs parents were there to greet us, i was surprised that they were so jovial and kind. The property was located in a very calm place just 4 kms from the main town. We were very much impressed my the cleanliness and facilities of the property. Jeethu sir is a Respectable person and is very professional too. If you are looking for a calm environment which not so far from the city centre, this is your place. I suggest this property for families with one night and short term stays.. Thank u
