I stayed here for a night as part of my week long road trip across multiple locations along the coastal line. The property is at a very accessible location with prominent eating joints nearby. The place felt like home with everything one needs. We were a family of 3 but this place can easily accommodate 5 people. The key less check-in and check out was quite seamless. The host/co host were very friendly and welcoming. The price per night was externally reasonable compared to other similar properties nearby. At this price point, I highly recommend this place for your considering if you are planning a trip to Mangalore. Cheers!

The place was very neat and clean. Very spacious rooms. 2 rooms have AC, and 1 has cooler, and there was a beautiful aroma on entering the place. The host is a very polite person, who guided me on tourist spots in Mangalore. Lovely place. The only con is the aproach road is a bit narrow due to construction work going on. locations is close to the beach and river. Must try place.

This is an awesome stay in the center of the city. Everything is very close by and easily accessible and the host family is very nice and welcoming. I stayed there for a weekend with friends and we had a great time. Hosts are quite polite, approachable and eager to share any information you need. Everything you need is at a walkable distance, bus stops, restaurants, supermarket. Definitely recommend this place and we might even go back and stay here some time again.

Near to Bakel fort and beaches. Thrikkannapuram Thriambakeswara temple. On the bank of Bakel river. Cultivated coconut, arecanut & other fruit plant. An upcoming farm is a good view. Complementary breakfast is served, lunch & dinner to be managed by the guests. Nearby restaurant contacts are made available at the villa. Hospitality is fantastic throughout the stay and reachable over phone at any time for any assistance.

Ashit thank you for allowing us to stay at your beautiful done up home. The experience of the house was extremely good. However, not much to do around except the sunsets and walk on the beach. The beach obviously is not safe to swim. But it was a nice quiet getaway and our pet loved it too.

You will feel close to nature. The place is very calm and serene. On one side lies Gurupura river on the other side is Tannirbhavi beach. This property is on the river side. The property is exactly as described. The locality is very safe. People are great here. In the morning you will get a nice sunrise view from the river side. For the sunset you can go to the beach which barely at 500m distance. To commute to the city, the cheap and best way is go by ferry. The ferry dock is at walking distance of about a kilometre. From there boats are available from morning around 7-7:30 AM till 7:30 PM at interval for every 15-20 mins. D'Souza family is very friendly and helpful. They will give you lot of local recommendations. They are great hosts. Would love to stay again in future😊. PS: You will love doing kayaking here.

I had a fantastic stay at Preethi and Donald's 2BHK in Mangalore! The location is perfect—just a short drive from Mangalore town, making it super convenient. The WiFi speed was impressive; I consistently got around 40 Mbps, which was perfect for my work and streaming needs. The rooms and bathrooms were spotless, and everything was well-maintained. I really appreciated Preethi's help with parking my car, which made things so much easier. Plus, having Swiggy delivery available was a great convenience. My family felt very comfortable staying here. It can easily accomodate 8 people , and all 3 bedrooms was quite spacious .The host was very helpful. And he even took extra efforts to help as whenever needed. Great checkin and checkout experience. KMC hospital and Dmart are in walkable distance.All the necessary utensils were there in the kitchen which helped us to cook during our stay. Overll we had a great stay.
