I stayed for one night for an important call during my time here and for me it was a very worthwhile stay. Overall it was comfortable and clean and a good experience. The room is well insulated from street noises compared to many other places I’ve stayed. The bed linens and towels smelled and looked freshly washed. The AC unit was amazing and necessary, also was nice to have a ceiling fan as well. The host was responsive and able to immediately help when called upon. Most importantly, the wifi was good and stable throughout the course of a long call.

We loved our stay on the Charlotte houseboat. The staff were so kind and helpful, they made us feel right at home! The houseboat was private which was so lovely and we really enjoyed the food. The space was also really comfortable !

Peaceful stay.. perfect way for me to welcome 2025! Its a beautiful 2 bedroom space with a coomon room n spacious verandah towards the backside of the home. There is also backwaters behind the house which makes for perfect early mornings n evenings. The best time i spent was early mornings by the backwaters - could see flock of ducks pass by, locals taking boats going to their destinations, and the beautiful sunrise hitting the waters - just gorgeous! Jeffin was amazing - very responsive, helpful, and the complimentary breakfast provided was yummy Kerala style. Thank you for all the help during the stay. If you are looking for a serene place with calming vibes and gorgeous tropical climate then please book a stay.

I wasn’t prepared for how much I enjoyed staying at Samjana’s place. She’s an architect and designed the whole building herself. From the polished brick floors feeling delightful on my bare feet to the open balconies and kitchen, to waking up with an incredible view of the jungle birds and animals, we loved the balance between modern design and natural beauty. With Samjana’s internet booster, I was also able to work comfortably there. And we found delicious restaurants and friendly fruit & veg vendors at the junction within walking distance. We’re grateful for Samjana creating this place and sharing it with us. 🙏🏼

We had a wonderful time at this homestay. The house had such a good feeling about it, and we really enjoyed being there. It was so calm and cozy that we spent most of our time just relaxing at the homestay instead of going out. A big thank you to Shiby, the caretaker, for being so helpful during our stay. Jason and his mother Daisy had been wonderful. Although Daisy is a quiet person she receives her guests with a great smile and there was a good interaction. Please ask if you need something. The place is not too far from boating and other places of interest like the Birds sanctuary etc...Everything went well during our stay. I recommend highly. Jayaraman
