Awesome rooms and very well maintained. property was full with greenrey and the place was very private. Book the property with no second thought. The best place where you want to spend your weekend with family or friends away from the city hustle. Things to do: Reach the property around late afternoon. Enjoy the sunset and have a great time with all the activities. Try out kayaking and canoeing the next morning, the host will suggest the best places and he will take care of everything. The host, Shiju is super friendly and took good care right from reaching out to the property and till the checkout.

The location is amazing, immediately next to and with a great view of the Periyar river. The villa is large with 5 bedrooms with attached toilets and AC, with spacious living, dining and kitchen. It has a pool with a large lawn and open spaces. The 3 bedrooms on the upper level of the villa have the feel of a traditional 'Nalukettu' kerala house with lot of wood works. There is a caretaker staying within the property available for assist. Food can get delivered to the property with Zomato or Swiggy. There is a good sea-food restaurant 'Al-Saj' close to the property. The host, Roshan, was very responsive and easy to communicate with.

This is a beautiful cozy and peaceful place, there is also an incredible terrace with a view over the landscape. The house is 100% clean, comfortable and calm. Highly recommended as a stop to have some relax between all your Indian adventures;) as we came here- we understood, how important this was for us. Vismaya and the whole family are SO friendly, open, caring. They saluted us with fresh coconuts:), teached us cooking Ayurvedic dishes, organised many sightseeing trips around. We are very grateful.
