Amazing host and a truly wonderful stay! The house was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. For the first time ever using Airbnb, the kitchen was fully equipped — a real bonus! An absolutely gorgeous place and ideal for families with kids. The property can accommodate up to 8. Has lots of play area for kids. Petr and his parents were very friendly and always available to help and provide guidance. The ground floor dining area is where we spent most of the time when we were at the property and the fireplace was ideal and kept us warm. The property has a lot of personality to it and we very strongly recommend this for anyone who is visiting east of Czech.

There are absolutely no complaints. It was wonderful stay with no noise from traffic. Great place to stay and relax.

The stay was great, very welcoming, ideal for a family, and self check-in helps a lot for people like us who come from far away and have no expected arrival time. A wonderful place, it seems to take from a movie, a lot of peace, a super quiet area, a beautiful landscape and for those who come with the initial idea of getting to know the capital like us, will not regret renting in this area because it is also very beautiful.

Maciej was reacting very fast each time we needed something, trying to fulfill all our needs. The cottages are in beautiful place on the hill with hard to beat view from the window. They are surrounded by amazing forests which you can explore. We recommend also delicious breakfast full of local goodies.

The place was beautiful in one word. Clean and cozy everywhere. It's really amazing for a group or a big family. For each room, a bathroom. Beautiful landscape around, ski area for skiers just 2 km away, you can use the ski bus, which builds a short walk from the cottage.

Located in a private place with green surroundings and good access to hiking routes and the city. The amenities were complete and all necessities were provided. Recommend👍🏻

We felt very comfortable in Wiktor's house. The kitchen was well equipped and the house very comfortably furnished. The location is beautiful and we diligently watched the deer. Communication with Wiktor was great. He always responded quickly and very friendly. On the evening of arrival, there was a phone call where he also explained hikes in the area. Home is perfektny! You need it to disposition. Quality furnishings and appliances. Minimalistly furnished, but you immediately feel at home. Nice view of the apartment. A landscaped garden with barbecue and terrace. Jana is very kind and proactive in communicating. Also suitable for families with children. Highly recommend! Thank you for your stay!

We were there in April for a hiking vacation. The location of the house is really great, right by the forest overlooking the rocks. The highlights of the region such as Adersbacher Felsen, Teplicer Felsenstadt, Bischofstein Castle Ruins are within walking distance. You practically do not need a car. Interesting for winter vacationers: location directly on the ski slope. In the village, there are several good restaurants which were already open in the pre-season. Small grocery stores are also on site. The house is cozy and spacious, the beds are comfortable. Large beautiful fireplace, wood was sufficiently provided by the landlord. The host is very helpful and friendly and gave us many helpful tips. It would have been nice if there had been a little more space in the kitchen and bathroom cabinets to accommodate our own utensils, which were quite crowded. Although the sanitary facilities were all functional, they could be renewed. Overall, we were very satisfied.

Quite and peaceful. Nice terrace with chairs. The apartments are on top of the hill but there is a shortcut to almost city centre.

We had a wonderful stay here. The space is absolutely beautiful, down to the smallest details (the decoration, mugs, bedding) - we felt right at home. We enjoyed our mornings drinking coffee in the dining room that looks out to the forest, the perfect place for relaxation. We will absolutely stay here again.
