There are 3 new cottages located in a very mountainous area, at a comfortable distance from each other. Each of them has a spacious living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchenette.

In such places, the first thing a person sees after waking up in the morning is a deer right outside the window or, at night, a sky full of stars overhead. The apartment is located in a rental house in the center of Broumov. The 50m2 apartment has a bedroom, living room, kitchen with dining room, bathroom and entrance hall. The apartment is suitable for couples, a group of friends, a family with children, but also for pets (1 pet by prior arrangement; more pets only upon request). Nearby you will find the beautiful Baroque Broumov Monastery (200 m), the Broumovsko Protected Landscape Area, and the Adršpach-Teplice Rock Town.

The Riese Underground Complex – the largest mining and construction project of Nazi Germany. Mysterious buildings, corridors and tunnels left behind by the Nazis. The underground city of Osówka is located 1.7 km from the Refuge.

The house is situated on a hill, close to a road with light traffic.
