This house is very comfortable for families,for those who have a small child has a playpen,very thoughtful and clean the kitchen has everything and the toilet is spotless and something basic and you will understand it for Mytilene is that we always found to park the car. Mrs. Niki and Mr. Panayiotis are willing to help you with anything you need.

Yiannis is an extremely friendly and knowledgeable host. The accommodation leaves nothing to be desired, the view from the balcony to the sea is fantastically beautiful. The amenities are not only good and practical, it is also tasteful and beautiful for the eye. The contact was completely hassle-free and accommodating. We felt very, very comfortable and thank you for two wonderful days in Mythimna! Those who book with Yiannis are certainly well served!

We had no trouble communicating with Thalia. She responded to our messages in a timely manner and adequately. We loved the location of the house, the view was great! We were able to get everywhere on foot. There is a grocery store in the back of the house and very reasonably priced. We went to the balcony for coffee at every opportunity, but we couldn't fully enjoy it due to the wind, it was really windy when we were in Lesvos. So the balcony was not very convenient for us, unfortunately. Kitchen utensils were sufficient, all basic things. We discovered Greek coffee thanks to Thalia:) She was a helpful, caring lady as written in the comments. Since it was not summer yet, the house was cold in the evening/night and the air conditioning worked a lot. We also had no problem with the hot water. Some comments mention the issue of noise and smoking. We didn't hear any noise and never smell cigarettes, there was no smell to the apartment we were in. Overall we were satisfied, we had a nice time with our nearly 5-year-old son:) Thank you…

Everything was perfect during our 2-night, 3-day stay. Myrsini is a wonderful host, everything in the house was thoughtfully arranged down to the finest detail. It was spotlessly clean and just as pictured. The view from the balcony and the glimpses of the sea through the windows made us feel amazing. On Sundays, many places on the island are closed, but Molyvos remains lively. Since the house is located right in the heart of the town, you won’t miss out on anything. We didn’t have time to cook in the kitchen, but it was fully equipped with all kinds of utensils and appliances. There was plenty of hot water and we had no issues heating the house on a cool night. There is a free parking area within walking distance, but no vehicle access to the house itself. Due to its structure, Molyvos is a place where you should expect to walk, something to keep in mind. This wasn’t a problem for us. I definitely recommend it. If I ever come back, I would stay in the same house again.

It was very close to restaurants, the beach and places to visit in terms of location. The house was clean. Mr. Korhan was interested. She was always quick to respond. Would recommend.

There are a few flaws, but I can go by saying the thorn of the rose. We had a wonderful holiday in this house by the sea and in a large garden. The house is very clean and very useful, the environment created by the olive trees is very pleasant. A unique option for those who aim for a peaceful and quiet holiday. It is great to be able to enter the sea right in front of the house. We would like to thank Vana and Nicolas for their complete hospitality and help.

The house was generally nice and clean, we came with our dog as a group of friends, it is suitable for group stays. The village people and the host Osman are friendly and helpful, the conversation was enjoyable. The house is bigger than it looks in the photo, there could be bigger pans/pots and oil in the kitchen. Since we came by car, we easily reached the nearby bays. You'd better do the grocery shopping in advance.

Ms. Belgin and her husband were very nice and helpful. There was a water outage while we were there and they were more concerned about us and mobilized to help. Ms. Belgin gave us information about the points we might need such as grocery patisserie before she left. The house is very close to the sea and within 10 minutes walking distance to the center. The house had everything you could need and was adequate, clean and tidy. We were satisfied, thank you again:)

We were looking for a place in Babakale overlooking the sea. For us, having a sea view on the terrace of the house as far as the eye can see. And of course, the terrace, the courtyard on the lower floor, the spaciously positioned in the courtyard, the fact that it has 2 rooms and huge double beds in its rooms made us love the house a lot; think of it as a village house, but the texture is beautifully designed without spoiling. I can say that there is a washing machine dryer, kitchen supplies, everything is inside. I think the only thing to consider is the cats. It is not suitable for those who have allergies or do not like cats because if you fire them from the door, they enter through the chimney in the 😇 courtyard, on the terrace, everywhere and are very demanding. Of course, we didn't have any problems because we love cats. The house, on the other hand, made me happy and amazed me to the extent that I would like to come back and stay in Babakale. Ms. Neylan responded quickly every time we wanted to reach her and pleased us with her kindness. Thank you.

It was simply a flawless stay. If you are going to the Assos, Behram area as a large family or with a group of friends, I highly recommend Mr. Emre's place. Everything is thought out and presented to make it a comfortable stay. Mr. Emre is very helpful with everything.

Highly recommend in a central location, very close to the beach. Mr. Serkan responded to our questions very quickly. If it happens again, we would definitely prefer it again.

We were in Lesbos for the first time at Ingrid's, in the village of Anaxos. And it certainly wasn't the last time. What a great island and incredibly friendly and relaxed locals. We had a fantastic holiday at Ingrid's, nice apartment (super clean) with private pool, great views and close to the sea. You feel more welcome with her, she takes you into her fun stories about Lesbos. In one go, you no longer feel like a tourist, but more like someone who has been hopping around the island for years. She involves you in her life on Lesbos, if you are open to this. We had a lot of fun, laughed and neighborhood and have left Ingrid a friend for life.

The place was as described. The center of Petra. There are restaurants, bars and a beach close to everything and within walking distance. We were very satisfied. The amenities of the house were also good for the price. There was parking available around it. Eleni is friendly and her needs were clear. Thank you so much

It was so nice to meet Popi and stay in her apartment, everything is great, place is so cozy and nice. It’s very close to ferry, city center and car rentals. Popi is so friendly and I want to recommend her beautiful pizzeria in city center. Thank you for everything!

We have stayed in Lanas apartment before and have had great stays on both occasions. The view from the balcony is beautiful and the apartment had everything we needed. Lana is great at communicating and Jasmine went extra lengths to help us. Be aware that the road to the apartment is quite steep and paved with cobble stones, so getting luggage there is a bit of a task if your not traveling light. Fully recommended!

The accommodation is located in the port of Mytilene, only 20 minutes from the airport. You can find parking and move around the alleys that are full of fast food, restaurants and coffee shops. It was spotless and provided all the comforts. I'll definitely choose it again.

Our lovely host was incredibly friendly , and very thoughtful about our stay being easy and nice. Everything was thought out in the house, there were nice treats, amenities and surprises that would not miss the comfort of the hotel, we thank him in the heart, we had a very nice and comfortable holiday thanks to the family. We stayed in Mytilene and absolutely loved the place we stayed at. The check-in was super easy, the balcony was so romantic, and the bed was really comfortable. The decoration was lovely, and most importantly, the location was perfect. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose this place again if we return.
