Large apartment with 3 rooms, 1 living room, 2 large balconies in the center of Ayvalık Sarımsaklı, 200 meters walking distance to the beach. There is no water problem in the house where families can stay comfortably. High-speed Wi-Fi. Located on the 1st floor of a 4-storey building. 2 bedrooms have a double bed and wardrobe, and 1 bedroom has 3 single beds and a wardrobe. The apartment, which is a few minutes' walk from all the markets and the market place, has a dishwasher, washing machine, inverter air conditioner, and satellite TV. I speak English fluently.

Luxury apartment in Ayvalık

Our house is very suitable for summer and winter accommodation and as a "Home Office". All rooms have central heating, air conditioning, a workspace, Wi-Fi, 2 enclosed glass balconies, 1 open balcony, electric shutters and mosquito nets, and there are 2 bedrooms, 1 of which has an en-suite bathroom. All rooms receive light. Upon request, a parking baby bed and a pull-out single bed are provided. It is 450 meters from the famous Igdeli beach and very close to all other beaches.
