You can walk on the trail that starts in front of the house, taking in the iodine smell of the salt lake with flamingos, and enjoy the pristine sea on the beach, which is covered in sand. You can have a barbecue in the garden and watch the sunset. You can take a nature tour with an ATV for an extra fee and have an unforgettable moment. The width of our apartment is 140 square meters 2+1.

Assos Stone House

On top of Kayalar Village, with exceptional view. The house has two rooms: upstairs, a bedroom with a large balcony and a bathroom; downstairs, a living room and kitchen. Each floor is 35m2. The sofa folds out to a double bed. The house has separate entrances on both floors. There is a shared swimming pool, between two houses, sun loungers and eating areas in front of the house (The swimming pool is operational between June and October). Since this is a village, there can be cats around.

Pelitkoy beach is in the aquarium bay. In addition to being in touch with the sea and nature, there is a market, a public beach and a paid beach cafe.On the ground floor of our villa, there is a very large veranda private pool and garden area, and there is a living room, kitchen and WC area. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, WC & bathroom area and balcony area. It has a very large terrace area where you can watch the sunset. We provide airport and bus station transfers for a fee

Pure natural veggies and a private pool. Two bedrooms 1 queen size bed, and 2 bunk beds with extra single beds. With two full bathrooms, there’s enough space to comfortably accommodate 5 people. Living room together with a full kitchen and AC.

Our farm is built on 7 acres of land and will offer you a perfect holiday experience with our horses, geese, ducks, chickens, dogs and unique nature. Our place is in a natural area with no construction around it, in the middle of olive groves, 1.7 km from the main road (Çanakkale-İzmir). Our road is a dirt and stabilized light stone road between olive groves. We recommend that you be more careful, especially when coming by passenger cars.
