Vacation rentals with beach access in Çanakkale

The host is very friendly and perfect. She provided detailed information about the house and the surroundings. We didn't feel any lack of household items. There's more than you need, especially in the kitchen. There are excellent photos and paintings in the house and building. The house is right at the bottom of the sea and has no problems with privacy. We spent most of our vacation on that perfect balcony. It was very peaceful. We did not swim in the sea from the front of the house because it was moss. We swam with fish on the beach across the house:) There is also a pier there and you can even sit under the trees without renting a sun lounger. Very close to Çanakkale bridge and car ferry. Grocery store and other services within walking distance. I would recommend it to anyone.

Mr. Volkan and his family were perfect hosts. The location of the house is a 5-minute walk to the Eceabat ferry. Kilitbahir is 10 minutes away by car. I can say that it is a great location if you are going to visit everywhere, especially the martyrs' cemetery and the island. There are 2 nice places to eat nearby. Suvla is 1 km away from the house. Mr. Volkan and his brother are guides. They especially create enjoyable programs for you according to the purpose of your vacation. Thank you for everything. Regards,

they were the most perfect people I saw and met, they greeted us with their smiling faces when we entered the house, they smelled immaculately as we entered the house, the house was very clean, as clean as the heart of the ayten sister and Kemal brother, they treated us very well during the holiday, we were not like a host, we were not like our family, we ate together and had conversations together, we designed the house so well, we did not want to go out so nicely, we felt like a lot of people there, they helped us a lot, they took us all the way to the places we could visit, and we introduced those beautiful places, a normal host only looks at the rent, but I'm very happy that I didn't want to leave, but I was very happy that I met such beautiful people until the end.

Everything was as in the photos. The location of the house is nice, about 10-15 minutes by walking to the center. We had reserved parking in front of the house, which worked well for us. There were toys for children in the house which worked well for us. There are enough pillows and blankets. We stayed with 4 people comfortably.

The house was clean, the host Mr. Tunahan was very helpful and solution-oriented. They were friendly people. They also helped with check-in and check-out times, and supported us from the beginning to the end of the process. Thank you. Regardless of the host, I have to say for other people who would prefer this house: transportation by motorcycle is a bit problematic, having a parking lot is a plus, but the road to the parking lot has not yet been made useful by the municipality. I hope it will be resolved in the future.

Mr. Mehmet and his wife were very interested in everything they did their best to help. There are 2 toilets in the house, one in the bathroom. Complete kitchen supplies. There is a hair dryer, etc. Everything is working and the house was spotless. A peaceful and calm place where you can come and stay with your family and friends. The sea is very close to the beautiful house.

I can say that it was the most beautiful holiday,I felt like I was in heaven. The beauty of the house, the view, the silence, the garden, etc. was great. There are a few flaws, but I can go by saying the thorn of the rose. Sometimes you want to go through and tell a lot of beautiful things, but the words were a vacation at that point:) Thanks for everything.🫶

A small but cozy house with a view of the sea and where you can have a peaceful time. We were very satisfied, even though we arrived at the end of October, the weather was just as hot, since the house is by the sea, we put on swimsuits and directly swim in the sea. We stayed in a peaceful neighborhood for one night. The hosts are very warm and helpful, they even picked oranges for us at checkout:) Highly recommend.

The host, Mr. Hasan, was very nice and helpful. Responded quickly to questions, helpful with check-in and checkout times. The location of the house is central and within walking distance of Hamzakoy. The house met all our needs and was clean. Recommended for anyone who wants to have the experience of staying in a historic mansion that has been restored in accordance with the original!

The acommodation was perfect for us! Very close to Bozcaada and Troy's archeological site, but nicely tucked away in the countryside, within rows and rows of olive trees. The place was easy to find and quite comfortable. Great host! Generous with tips about what to do in the nearby, and even helped us find a solution when our rental car was cancelled the same day of our arrival. Overall a great stay.

It was simply a flawless stay. If you are going to the Assos, Behram area as a large family or with a group of friends, I highly recommend Mr. Emre's place. Everything is thought out and presented to make it a comfortable stay. Mr. Emre is very helpful with everything.

Highly recommend in a central location, very close to the beach. Mr. Serkan responded to our questions very quickly. If it happens again, we would definitely prefer it again.

All good, clean apartment with all necessary amenitions

Mrs. Leyla's father, Uncle Dursun, took care of us. He even helped us with our luggage. The house was as clean as in the photo. What is important for us is that although we booked the ferry at an inconvenient time due to the holiday, they provided flexibility in the check-in and check-out times and did not upset us. He helped us with everything, from our dessert to our okey. He supported all our questions with kindness and fatherliness. If we happen to visit Gökçeadaya again, we know exactly where to stay. The apartment is extremely attractive for those who want to have a family vacation with its private and well-maintained garden, its view overlooking the sea, an airy location on a hill overlooking Edremit Bay, its spacious living room, useful kitchen, proximity to various grocery stores and shops, easy access to Bağlarburnu Beach, where you can both reach under the olive trees and enter the water. It was very easy to communicate with Mr. Orhan. She was quick to respond to my messages, gave useful advice for places to visit and activities to do, and was available to help when needed. I would recommend it without hesitation.
