Only 50 meters to the sea & beach - 1+1 Small House with Garden among the trees - Assos Küçükkuyu coastal road We have a double bed in one room and a triple corner sofa bed in the other room that becomes a double bed when opened It is open all year round. Hot water & duvet, blanket are available in winter. The air conditioning heats up very well. There's also an electric heater if you need it. Air conditioning, Internet Wi-Fi, TV (Satellite & Netflix), washing machine and dishwasher, refrigerator, kitchen utensils are available There is a smoke detector and a fire extinguisher.

It is 20 km from the ancient city of Assos. You can reach Altınoluk in 12 km and Akçay in 20 km.

You can barbecue in the garden. - There are 2 more houses in the garden, the garden is for common use. I recommend you to get here by car as the house is far from the city center. Phone and internet reception is not good, not suitable for remote workers.

On top of Kayalar Village, with exceptional view. The house has two rooms: upstairs, a bedroom with a large balcony and a bathroom; downstairs, a living room and kitchen. Each floor is 35m2. The sofa folds out to a double bed. The house has separate entrances on both floors. There is a shared swimming pool, between two houses, sun loungers and eating areas in front of the house (The swimming pool is operational between June and October). Since this is a village, there can be cats around.
