You have 7 houses in Assos Sizin Ev. Our place is in Büyükhusun, 8.5 km from Assos, in the Ayvacık district of Çanakkale province, in that peaceful village where people still do not lock their doors. It wouldn't be a lie to say it has the most spectacular view in the village! The sea as far as the valley can reach, Lesbos right in front of you, Ayvalık Islands on your left, Kadırga Bay on your right… The clean air of the Kaz Mountains, absolute silence, occasional bells from a flock of sheep or goats… Away from the crowd, close to the clouds…

Pelazzi Farm/Farm House

Our house has a Tourism Housing Certificate approved by the Ministry of Tourism. Pelazzi Farm takes its name from the Pelazzi (Pelagians), the first tribe to settle in Bozcaada. Opposite Pelazzi, 4 km from the center, is the Pavli forest, and it is surrounded by vineyards. Ayazma beach is 900 meters away. If you want to wake up in the morning to the sounds of a thousand birds, taste the grapes in our vineyard and watch the moon rise while sipping a glass of Bozcaada wine, we want to share these beauties with you.

4 adults and 2 children can stay. Our house is 5 minutes from the center by car, in a 9-acre vineyard. You can work remotely and do all your work in a calm and quiet environment with the comfort of your home. If you don't want to share your living spaces with others on your vacation, this is the place for you. We also have a dog living with us. She is very docile and friendly. We cannot keep Safiye, who only wants to be loved, on a leash. Therefore, our place is not suitable for people with a dog phobia.

I live In north part of Eagean Sea, a place surrounded by olive trees with view of Lesvos Island. I decided to share my house some times with people who likes peaceful holiday ( I will be staying in a cottage apart in the garden or travelling). There are small clean beaches around, with restaurants. Also authentic villages and historical places (Trojan, Assos etc.) to visit around. House available for the guests who cares environment, saving energy and water.

Our farm is built on 7 acres of land and will offer you a perfect holiday experience with our horses, geese, ducks, chickens, dogs and unique nature. Our place is in a natural area with no construction around it, in the middle of olive groves, 1.7 km from the main road (Çanakkale-İzmir). Our road is a dirt and stabilized light stone road between olive groves. We recommend that you be more careful, especially when coming by passenger cars.
