It was a great experience with Manoj sir's place. It was a clean and cozy place enough for 3 people. Had all required things. Cherry on the cake were the hosts, they came to receive us and allowed to check in early. Also, helped us find good restaurants and details about the places

No words to describe the kind of hospitality which we received from the host. We including my grandmother n two kids found the space absolutely great. Everything is good about the place, be it the location, check-in , responsiveness of the host, facilities and what else. The view from the balcony is really something u don’t want to miss. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the essentials, .Security is also top-notch, with professional and attentive security guards who ensure a safe and peaceful environment. Overall, Athrakattu Aqua Vista offers a perfect blend of comfort, cleanliness, and security. I highly recommend it and would love to stay here again!

Nice place for family

Our first time in TVD and Binu's place was ideal for our family of 3. Location was perfect, easily accessible to most places, uber and autos are easily available and most of all helpful folks. Everyone from the caretaker to the security were very responsive and kind. An exquisitely designed and well kept home.

The stay was short and sweet. maybe a little overpriced because it is without AC but it does compensate to the location and beautiful neighbourhood. For tourists who want to go to temple, this might be a cool spot since it is just walkable distance from the house.

great place to stay

Great location for us. didn't have to drive into TVM city side. bypass helped alot to get in and out . needed to be close to the expressway. property is well furnished and air-conditioning was available in all the bedrooms. Overall highly recommended and priced reasonably. Host and Caretaker were very helpful and on point .Will definitely book again.

Mr. Suresh was very cooperative and helpful. He has guided us very well at all levels. Maintenance can be improved.

A neat cozy apartment in a quiet residential society. Spacious kitchen and bedrooms. The check-in and check-out was very smooth, with the apartment staff. The hosts were always available to help with anything that we needed.

Worth for the money. A calm place! We had two rooms the tv in two rooms had same remote and one of the fan didn't work properly. And the flush was not working in the toilet... Apart from this everything was so nice and pleasant stay!!
