Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Koundouros

the place is amazing - much more impressive than in the photos. the yard is HUGE with fruit trees and plenty of grass. located in a very quote place walking distance from the beach. the apartment itself is brand new and well decorated. the hosts were very welcoming and flexible, and provided us with additional equipment when we asked.

Fantastic, spacious flat with the gorgeous views over the bay of Merichas. Walking distance to all places in town. You can go swimming at the beach across the street. Great condition and fully functioning flat! I will go back for sure.

Kalliopi was super nice and friendly. We felt like home from the first moment. The house is clean and very nice with all the amenities somebody might need. Cannot wait to come back!

Great stay. In a house with a beautiful garden with exceptional sea views. Our host is very responsive, with good tips on restaurants and other activities in the area. We had a pleasant time. We absolutely loved our stay in Lavrio. Philipp was a great host and the apartment was amazing. Such a lovely quiet place with great beaches nearby. We really couldn’t have asked for more.

Very nice accommodation in a great location. We love the kittens that saint on the balconies. Some may not like the fact that there are kitten food on the balconies (at least ours that was on the first floor) so it's a good idea to know. Strictly no smoking rule in the outdoor areas.

We stayed over a weekend. The place is lovely and you do not need to bring anything other that your clothes. It has pretty much everything. The host was very friendly and proactive. We felt very welcomed. The place is 3 k from the beach and on the way there are taverns restaurants and supermarkets.

Large, spacious, bright and very clean accommodation. Quiet neighborhood. 10 minute walk to the city center, 5 minutes to the Ktrl bus stop Shops 5 minutes away

We have loved every minute of our time here! Your place is fantastic and you have provided everything anyone could possibly want! We have been away from home for six weeks and this is the best place we have stayed - there is nothing you need to improve on! We are leaving at 7.30 in the morning 😢 so if you would like your cleaner to come in earlier, we will be gone. Thank you again for making our stay in Greece so enjoyable! 😎

Excellent place to stay in Kea. Wonderful beaches just a few minutes walk from the flat. And the deck is a fantastic place to contemplate life or even do remote work. Miltiadis is very communicative and responsive to requests. She and her husband don't speak English, but she got the point across well. The house is ideal for a couple of a single. Very clean and well equipped. I definitely will be back!

What an experience in Kea! Our lovely hosts Tasos and Lila welcomed us in the port and directed us to the house! The dirt road to the house can be a bit challenging if you are a novice driver or have a low car. The view from the house though is unreal. The residence itself is modern stone build following local tradition. Super clean and roomy with everything you will need for a short or a longer stay. Our hosts gave us all the important info of what to see, where to eat and where to swim an all was spot on! Lastly as a bonus they where accomodating with departure. Definitely will be going back!

We stayed with our family and used three bedrooms. Bed linen and pillows are lovely, the mattresses are a little worse, but this is individual. We especially appreciated the set of plates, we love the beautifully set tables). Nice furniture, absolutely wonderful terrace, there are necessary items. We were a little confused by the thin walls - you could hear the water being flushed in the neighboring rooms... and yes, the absolutely beautiful sea, a clean, sandy beach, suitable for both adults and children. Many thanks to the hosts.

This was my second stay, just as excellent as the first one. The place hasn't changed a bit, still as comfortable, pleasant and serene as I remember. Sandra, Simos and the cats were a joy, can't wait for my next stay.

We had an amazing stay at Jessica’s place! She was a wonderful host—welcoming, responsive, and always ready to help. The house itself was huge, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect! It was within walking distance of the sea, a children’s playground, and several cozy taverns. There were also plenty of food delivery options, making dining super convenient. Porto Rafti offers a great selection of delicious seaside restaurants and charming sweet shops. For those visiting with children, Attica Zoological Park, Kouvara Riding Club, and McArthurGlen Designer Outlet Mall are must-visit attractions. Additionally, large supermarkets, gyms, and beauty and massage studios are just a short drive away. Overall, this was a fantastic experience, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

I would consider it a good value. The communication before, during and after, was superb. The property was clean and quiet. The walk to and from port involved a slight uphill/downhill but only for a block or so, easy if you are mobile. I would certainly recommend, particularly if you are in port for a sailing excursion. Luxurious apartment, where you feel at home! Very cozy and as comfortable as possible. The house has everything from oil, sugar, different coffee and spices, to shampoos and a first aid kit. Special thanks for the cold water and beer, and a full freezer of ice. Washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryer, dishes - there is everything for a comfortable stay. You can feel that the house is furnished with love. A huge swimming pool with a gorgeous view of the bay. It's great to relax with children - there are a lot of board games in the house, and there are a lot of interesting details in the interior But the best thing about this house is the owner! Surprisingly friendly and helpful. We got caught in a taxi drivers' strike and tried to leave Athens for an hour. We called the owner of the house, and he came to pick us up, driving 45 km there and back. Perfect place for a family holiday! The owner of the house is a wonderful person who cares about his guests. We will definitely return to this house more than once

Fantastic location that is close to Athens so able to visit the Acropolis easily. Great local restaurants and some beaches within walking distance. The villa was great and just as described. The pool was the highlight for us as well as a lack of mosquitoes! Definitely recommend the villa and Lydia!

A little slice of heaven in Greece! We had the most amazing stay at this villa just outside Athens. Travelling as two families (9 of us in total), we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place — quiet, spacious, and beautifully presented, it truly felt better than a home from home. The layout was exactly as described, with more than enough room for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves without ever feeling on top of each other. Every corner of the villa oozes peace and comfort — it really was our own private haven for the week. The hosts were fantastic — friendly, responsive, and always on hand to help with anything we needed. Their warm hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. We were genuinely sad to leave and wouldn’t hesitate to return. A perfect Greek escape that gave us unforgettable memories. Highly recommend!

Ada's villa is just amazing! We spent almost a week, and we loved it. Walking distance to a private and beautiful beach, great pool, balconies with ocean view, comfortable kitchen and much more. Ada was super responsive, assisted us with everything we needed. The place is close to many beaches, restaurants and activities and this was for sure one of the best listing's we've been at. I would recommend this place for everyone that seeks a peaceful gateway and a great vacation

This place was very spacious for our family of 6 that stayed in April. The private beach access was great and area was quiet. We very much enjoyed our stay here!

There were 13 of us as a family in the accommodation. Overall, everything was great and we were able to spend very nice days in the villa. The only points we noticed: - No key for the bathroom on the ground floor and upstairs. We also had guests there and with so many people it was unpleasant. The host didn't notice this himself until we checked in. The last visitors were held responsible for many defects. But nothing was replaced or repaired, which we thought was a shame. - Sometimes there were problems with the hot water for the shower after midnight. Even after trying for a long time, there was no hot water at night and we had to wait until morning. This was not so optimal as there were so many people and I wanted to get ready for my wedding in the evening. - We had 2 cribs, but the mattress was missing for one and we didn't get a replacement. Otherwise, everything was great and we would recommend the villa.
