the place is amazing - much more impressive than in the photos. the yard is HUGE with fruit trees and plenty of grass. located in a very quote place walking distance from the beach. the apartment itself is brand new and well decorated. the hosts were very welcoming and flexible, and provided us with additional equipment when we asked.

We had a great stay at Mr. Epaminon's home! The house was just like in the photos and it looked like it was made with a lot of love! The space was spotless and had all the essentials. The view IS unique from the house! The location is great and very close to the beaches. Mr. Epominas is one of the kindest home owners we have met, with all the good willingness to make our stay as beautiful, comfortable and relaxed as possible, and we thank him very much for that! When we visit the beautiful island of Kea again, we will definitely choose the same accommodation! Thank you!

Our stay was truly exceptional! This spacious apartment comfortably accommodated our family of three, including our active toddler. The location is perfect, with easy walking access to beaches, restaurants, cafes, and a mini market. The property boasts two patios - one with a gorgeous sea view and a larger back terrace ideal for relaxing dinners. Everything was impeccably clean and all listed amenities were provided. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond. They served a delicious full breakfast each morning and were always ready with helpful recommendations. Their warmth and patience with our energetic little one was particularly appreciated. This place is an absolute gem on the island, even better than the photos suggest. Highly recommended for a memorable stay!

The house is comfortable with 3 levels, upstairs has a bed and a couch, in the middle one bed and a bunk bed and on the lower level another bed. Our stay was in the midst of an extreme heatwave, on the lower and middle level the beds were cool despite the heat, on the upper level the truth is that we were warm enough. In her honor, Sofia offered to buy us a second fan when we requested it. Communication was immediate. The house has everything you need . In the parking lot there is a general difficulty as there is only a small space at the entrance of Chora and everyone else park in street. From the entrance of the country to the house takes a walk around 7 minutes. Thanks so much for staying!

What can we say about this stay!!!! The property is in a great location with breathtaking views where you can enjoy great sunsets. The place IS amazing!!!! Everywhere you notice a simple luxury and you understand how taste every object has been placed inside the space. The owners have given their best!!! And amenities are beyond expectations. The house was great, just like in the photos! The whole place was very clean and comfortable, as the view and the pool made our stay even more beautiful. Marios and Katerina were helpful and always available. They also gave us helpful tips and suggestions for the island, and were flexible on check-in and checkout times. Thank you very much!

Excellent stay in this beautiful house nestled in the hills, quiet, with a magnificent view. Only "negative" point: the air conditioning already mentioned in previous reviews but not insurmountable either! 😉 A big thank you to Polina for her responsiveness as well as the kindness of her lovely parents, Vassylis and Mary😊. I recommend the place without hesitation!

We loved our stay and are so grateful for Vassilia for her wonderful home. It made for the perfect getaway from the busy life of Athens and other parts of our busy vacation!

The house was beautiful, even better than the pictures! The inside felt cozy and homely, with beautiful furniture. The kitchen was very well stocked with basic ingredients and cooking utensils. There was a good supply of coffee and tea as well which was a nice touch, and some little sweet treats provided by the host! The house is only accessible by car from the port. The cleaner picked us up from the nearest shop to show us the best roads to take to get to the house. At night it was sometimes hard to remember the best route so I would recommend noting this down when you are first shown as it's slightly different to the GPS route. There is a great supermarket 30mins drive from the house, and a mini market with all the essentials about 15min drive. The nearest beach is accessible by foot, car or bike, and the water around this part of the island was warm in September and crystal clear, with great food at the beach bars. The house had everything you needed, we would love to return!

We had such a fun time! It was a little hard to get to at first, but it was beautiful and in a great location!

The place was truly amazing. A cosy house and beautiful garden with lots of little cute corners to sit around and enjoy the view. Effi and her husband made sure everything was there for us, they even installed a baby bed and thought about which room was the warmest for our baby. They were super friendly and also bought us some beers and a sweet bread. Thank you so much! We would definitely recommend staying here.

Natasha's place is clean, simple and just lovely . It was a wonderful experience staying in a modern as well as classic Cycladic cave at this cute village. The village is located in the center of the island so every beach/location is easily accessible since we had a car. Natasha was more than helpful and communicative ,everything worked super smoothly and even when needed to check out later she was more than happy to accommodate our needs . I would highly recommend it and definitely would stay there again .Thank you for a lovely weekend 😁

This place is undersold. We‘re Struck by the beauty of the bay. Sure the kitchen and bathrooms have a 70’s look, but it’s functional and clean. It works perfectly. The pool area is great. The fact that it’s a saltwater pool makes it even better. The family had great gatherings outside and inside the house. The WiFi worked fine. All in all A perfect vacation. We’re coming back if we are allowed:)

What a wonderful stay! Everything was arranged down to the last detail and so well taken care of and clean! From beginning to end, communication with Natassa was perfect! So much space and a lovely garden with swimming pool. With a rental car we were everywhere we needed and wanted to be! Really have a very enjoyable stay and we definitely want to come back!

Love, love, love this house. perfectly situated near the water in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. Walk to the beach, short drive to town with lots of restaurants and shops. Sofia made us feel like family - welcomed with such kindness. I would love to return to this property! With much Gratitude.

We felt very comfortable. The balcony was our home and often we bathed the few steps down to the sea in the almost deserted bay. I would especially like to commend the huge bed with an excellent mattress, where we slept excellently with sea noise. The only thing I would like to note that the furnishings of the rest of the apartment could be improved a bit, with the kitchen equipment being very good. Highly recommended place to stay!
