Loukas' place was a treat to experience. It is a real home, used by the family, and therefore has character and an identity. The aesthetic choices of the interior design, the materials, and the landscaping are well-considered and create a beautiful whole. The setting, high up on the hill with a view so lovely of the sea and sunset, is almost a cliche of the reasons people visit Greece. And yet, we had complete privacy. Ms Giota, Loukas' mother and our contact, was gracious and efficient in dealing with our arrival and departure. A car is definitely a necessity; the nearest grocery story is almost 10 minutes away. But driving on the main road, especially in the evening, is visually stunning and leads to some nice eating places. Thank you for your hospitality.

We enjoyed every second of the breath-taking views and tranquillity in Villa Olivis, the perfect place to decompress. The location is immaculate as this part of the island is full of olive trees and small farms, more lush in vegetation than the port side, and only a few minutes from the pretty village of Loulida and the beautiful secluded beaches of Sykamia, Kalidonychi and Spathi . This place is perfect for anyone looking to relax with friends or family, the layout of the villa is great as all bedrooms feel private, whilst the common areas are open planned. The house itself is clean, comfortable, nicely furnished and well equipped for families and friends’ holidays, and has lots of outside space, which we loved. We really appreciated the warm and precise communication; the host is professional and very friendly at the same time!

We could not have loved this villa more! After a busy 2 weeks in Italy, we were looking for a place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the Athens coast. The owner met us at the villa and to our surprise presented us with a fully stocked refrigerator and pantry which was much appreciated. Vas was very helpful and responsive. We enjoyed the restaurants and shopping in the nearby village of Palea Fokea. We took advantage of the outdoor kitchen and grilled fresh fish that we got from a nearby market. Taxi and tour operator had no issue finding the property. We stayed a week and spent more on this airbnb than we usually do but it was worth every penny when we got to experience the amazing sunset views from this villa.

When my daughter arrived, she saw the pool, and said "wow". It sums up our stay at the villa quite well. All the ingredients were there for a pleasant stay: -a beautiful fully equipped villa with large spaces, and comfortable rooms. -a large pool just for us, with buoys, deckchairs, etc. -a beautiful view and no opposite - proximity to all amenities (store, bakery, restaurants etc.) -a great beach within walking distance, and full of other beaches all as beautiful as the others, a few minutes by car. Finally, a big thank you to Rose and Gilles. A warm and in-person welcome! We also enjoyed all the small touches upon arrival... in short, it was GREAT! Go ahead, you won't regret it!

There are hardly words to describe our experience here. Dimitri’s was such a welcoming host! He catered to our early check in, offered us recommendations for our retreat, checked in regularly about our experience. He recommended Niko’s, a local chef to serve for us at our experience and it was extraordinary. Local meats and plenty flavours, thoughtful arrangements, and a very kind heart. We thoroughly enjoyed having Niko’s and Anna around during our stay. Finally, you’re close enough to where it matters but far enough removed that you get to have the privacy and seclusion much needed during the busy months. I cannot recommend this home enough. 10/10.

we had a great stay at Villa Poisidon! It was beautiful and quiet. the perfect plan to rest and relax. we did miss thr jacuzzi and wished that there had been one as stated in the description. we would come back again.

We enjoyed our stay here very much! The villa was absolutely beautiful, with a great view. The only downside is that it is up a massive hill which makes walking anywhere pretty difficult. The pool was incredible and we enjoyed our time there as a big group.

After 3 glorious days we could extend for 3 more and fully enjoyed the house the pool and the beach. Some windy days made more cozy times inside. The kitchen is fully stocked and the living rooms are bright and comfie with wonderful art and sweet details that give a warm welcome feeling. The Posideon temple the villages and fabulous restaurants around makes for an ideal visit close to Athens and the airport with the feel of the islands.

The Villa was lovely, host lives in half the villa (as stated in listing info) but this did not impact on privacy and he was very discrete and only came around when we asked with help to find gym area. Well equipped kitchen and our only ask was for some more wine glasses and these were provided very quickly for a meal we had planed. the outdoor kitchen bar area is great and the sound system a great addition. Pool was amazing, large, clean easy to access and a great space we all enjoyed. Sub beds all quality and good towels for outdoor provided. Quiet residential area so car helpful although beach walkable. Attiac and basement bedroo. areas more basic than those on the first floor but adequate, Bed quality great as was linen. Would recommend for large group of friends/family

We had a great time, the place is exactly as shown in the photos. Comfortable for 10 people, with lots of spaces. The location is very good, quiet and just 2 minutes from the beach. Great communication with hosts. Great views! A destination we'll pick again in the summer!!

Ada's villa is just amazing! We spent almost a week, and we loved it. Walking distance to a private and beautiful beach, great pool, balconies with ocean view, comfortable kitchen and much more. Ada was super responsive, assisted us with everything we needed. The place is close to many beaches, restaurants and activities and this was for sure one of the best listing's we've been at. I would recommend this place for everyone that seeks a peaceful gateway and a great vacation

We had the most wonderful time. The villa is so beautiful and spacious. We had all we needed to cook and have a bbq. Lovely fresh linen and towels. The pool was lovely and private. Hammock was a great bonus. Views were beautiful and very easy to find from the airport. Thank you so much Gina

Wow! All I can say is that this location is absolutely breathtaking. The Kamariyo Residence was just as beautiful in person as in the pictures. The views were incredible! The home itself was furnished beautifully and was spotless, but also very warm, comfortable and inviting. Our main contact during our visit was Ioanneta, who was wonderful to work with and so very helpful. While the weather was still a bit too cool for swimming during our stay, I can say first hand that the pool is lovely and we enjoyed lounging around it during the sunny afternoons. The landscaping in the garden shows true love and care for the property. All that I can say is I hope to come again and I highly recommend this incredible location to others! Thank you again, Ioanneta, for taking such good care of us on our visit. We appreciate you!

Beautiful house, very tasteful and high-quality furnishings with great views and equipped with the latest electronic devices. Great pool, perfect terrace and great lighting concept. Communication with George, check-in and check-out went pleasantly and straightforward. George had kindly bought us some groceries on arrival. We felt particularly comfortable and would have liked to have stayed longer.

The dreamhouse was perfect for our 3 families. It provided separate accommodations and gave each family their privacy. The rooms were exactly as described and having the flexibility to park inside the gate or on the street was great!

The kids had an amazing time in the pool and in the garden. The house is big and had everything one could need. The beach was a 2 minutes walk away from the house and it was very convenient that there was no need to cross the main road. There is a wonderful fish restaurants just down the road. There was a basket of fruit as a welcome gift. We went three times to visit Athens (50 minutes drive) and within 20 minutes drive there are plenty beautiful beaches and Cap Sounion, which is stunning. We could definitely recommend the house!

Fantastic location that is close to Athens so able to visit the Acropolis easily. Great local restaurants and some beaches within walking distance. The villa was great and just as described. The pool was the highlight for us as well as a lack of mosquitoes! Definitely recommend the villa and Lydia!

What a wonderful stay! Everything was arranged down to the last detail and so well taken care of and clean! From beginning to end, communication with Natassa was perfect! So much space and a lovely garden with swimming pool. With a rental car we were everywhere we needed and wanted to be! Really have a very enjoyable stay and we definitely want to come back!

We had a wonderful family holiday! We felt immediately welcome and fell in love with the house and its views within seconds! We planned out our adventures visiting many local, magnificent and ancient sites and used the very clear recommendations made by Salome and Spiridon in the house book! The pool was lovely and the proximity to the sea was great! The homemade jams and the well equipped kitchen made us very happy! Thank you so much for allowing us to enjoy this very special place. I loved the antiques and the art, the thought in the design of the house and the totally gorgeous position. A holiday to treasure.

We had a great time during our stay! Thank you very much Eleni! We stayed 4 weeks in total and loved the house and enjoyed the surroundings. The villa is spacious and has a lovely view. We enjoyed long breakfasts on the balcony enjoying the view, a dip in the pool and also walked to the local bakery or beach in the morning. We were greeted with food in the fridge, home made olive oil and Eleni answered very quickly, whenever there was a question. We will definitely come back!

Lovely place in a quiet neighbourhood. The photos of the place is acurate. Nice and large swimming pool but too cold in April to use it. Both Mike and his wife are very friendly and welcoming. It is an advantage to have a car if you stay at this place. Plenty of restaurants and shops just 5 minute drive away (towards the sea).

The property was large and very comfortable with plenty of different spaces to relax and have privacy. Pool was huge and so welcoming after a long day of sightseeing. Would recommend for families and large groups. Close to many beaches and dining using a car.
