When I visit Crete, I like to alternate between basic accommodations and nicer places to stay. Inside and outside, Eftihis’s place set a new standard for niceness. It’s off-the-charts nice. It’s out-of-this-world nice. It belongs in the Pantheon of Niceness. Great place, great host. Nice!

Premium stone house. Location in the mountains with a great view, close to the South Beach. Quality bedding and furniture. Warm and caring welcome from the hosts.

Giannis was very accommodating, helpful and friendly. He was eager for us to have a good time at his place, which we certainly did. It’s quiet, cosy and the view from the terrace is terrific. See you next time!
