Fabin has a lovely "home away from home". It's a beautiful property with a rich history. The host is super friendly and is available anytime of the day to help out. This house, located at the bank of Kerala's backwaters, is a rare find and it really added to the great experience we had at Kochi. Thanks Fabin for hosting us, we had a lovely time 😁

Unni's villa is nestled right between the beach and the backwaters. Not many places would offer such a superb setting that seems to embody the very soul of Kerala. The villa is spacious, family-friendly and as described, including the amenities. The beach is quaint, clean and very beautiful, ideal for strolls, swimming or just watching sunset. Unni is a very responsive host, always willing to help. The cook is skilled and really adept at tailoring the menu to suit the guests' requirements. Overall, a superb experience which we would love to repeat someday.

Had a two day stay at this property. I was looking for a calm wind down weekend stay and came across this listing it was just perfect. ❤️ The aesthetic perfect interior and calm surrounding, complete private and personal space to relax and all necessary services like swiggy and groceries available. The place is exactly how its shown in the photos and provides a very peaceful happy comfortable stay. The host was very responsive and happy to answer any query and the caretaker was available for any help needed. Suggest a must stay place for anyone who want a perfect weekend or get away❤️

We had an amazing one-day stay at this beautiful 3BHK flat with a stunning river view in Aluva. The apartment was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, making it feel like a home away from home. The view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking, with the serene Periyar river and coconut trees adding a calming touch to our morning coffee. The host was incredibly hospitable, ensuring that everything we needed was readily available. The caretaker Vijay was always there to help, making sure we were comfortable and addressing any needs promptly. The location is convenient, with easy access to local attractions and amenities. The apartment was well-equipped with Wi-Fi, a good LED TV, microwave oven and other modern facilities, making our stay comfortable and hassle-free. The property is very close to Aluva town and the experience was really nice. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and picturesque getaway. I would definitely love to come back again!

The beach house is great if you'd like to visit the area with a dose of beach vacation. The house is just across the road from sand beaches on the Arabian Sea. The beaches are fairly clean and are lightly used during the day. We had our own private beach when we went. It's such a peaceful and romantic time to watch the waves crash from the upper porch. The house is out in a sort of rural area with nearby homes. There are not any businesses nearby that are walkable and interesting. (at least for Westerners) The house is about an hour from sites in Kochi proper. That's a $10 Uber ride which we did a lot without real issues. We liked taking the Uber to/from the Vypin-Fort Kochi Ferry and taking the ferry across. (Uber won't) The stay includes breakfast. Those are delivered warm and delicious each morning. Some of the best Keralan cooking we had. The host and staff were very responsive. We're from the US and had ate the food and drank the house's filtered water without issue.

We booked this place to host a friend’s bridal shower, and it turned out to be the perfect choice! The property is beautifully maintained, with high-quality furniture and modern kitchen appliances that made everything feel super comfortable and convenient. The highlight for us was definitely the lawn — it’s stunning and very well-kept, making it ideal for small gatherings and celebrations. There’s also a small swimming pool that we didn’t end up using, but it looked clean and inviting. Overall, it’s a great private space to enjoy with good company, and absolutely worth the money. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience staying at this Airbnb. The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. A perfect weekend private getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. A sweet little space nestled amidst luscious greenery. Gopan was a perfect host, and always ready to help! Highly recommended.
